hi
im thinkin of gettin a new fone, however, i am stujk between choosin this fone, the 6230 or the nok 6101, i no the 6230 has more features, bt it has a poor display and does nt look as good as the 6101 can ny1 help me pic? I like the 6230i, however, the cost is outside my budget as i am nt willing to spend over £200. Plz can sum1 giv me sum advice?

Help me Nokia mia....coz I have bought Nokia 6230i recently..and the phone was deprived of light when i wanted to use it. so, I sent to the shop in order to get the replacement.now, i have to wait.and the shop owner allowed me to change Nokia 6230i to other phones.

Can you kindly tell me why you regreted upgrading from Nokia 6230 to Nokia 6230i?

It's been a month after I traded-in my 6230 and got myself a 6230i. I still miss my 6230.
The 6230i is only an upgrade in Display Size. But everything else is a level lower than 6230.
For current 6230, if you're thinking of upgrading to 6230i, my personal advice, stick to your 6230. You'll not regret it.

I've been using the 6230 for over a year now, and although there are now Megapixel camera's, video talk, and everything else available, I think it's a great phone. I work in a phone store so I am constantly surrounded by the latest and greatest new models. However, I still believe the 6230 is a full featured, fantastic and reliable phone, expecially for the (much less than it used to be) price. I also think the quality of material used in the 6230 in comparison with other phones is of a higher quality allowing you to drop it a bit without it smashing to smitherines.. which is always handy for someone slightly clumsy like myself!

I have had this phone for a whole year and it has not stoped giving me greef.
Would be a nice phone but the faults just dont do it.8800 looks like the new one for me

Bought 2 mounth ago.After a month it freezed.
I sent to service for 2 weeks.
Now it seems ok.
I got 2 pixel faulty.
Display not so bright as K700.
Too expensive for what you get

i own tone for this phone more than 1 year already.this phone is EDGE supported phone and the only thing is the screen s small,and with 0.3 MP.but i do take a lots of photo inside this phone wherever i go travel.Another Problem is i not allowed over writting in my sms inbox,but it still have a copy in sent item.so i need to clean h sent item almst every 3 days because i sms heavy user.i was advice to re-format i but i download a los of mobile karaoke inside my phone that cost me around RM100.if i re-format the thing will gone.that's y icannot do that,althought i quite fed up with keep on cleaning the sent inbox.

Just bought 6230 yesterday, excelent powerful phone...!!! very satisfy, formerly I used K 700i but now I found 6230 was better

yo...this phone is good so far...i bought it 3 days ago...one problem though...while i was watching one of the videos i took with the phone it froze...but for a short period...but ah long beep like noise was heard...i had to take of the phone and put it back on...frightening...but it works ok now...

Try MOBILedit! software. It supports lots of makes and models and will easily do this, it can do much more, basicly manage all phone data.

I got it recently but did not manage to transfer my contact list from my old phone via irda or BT. Is there may be a software to help with this? Don want to retype all those numbers.

well dis a fone every one can dream of really nice one and easy to use is the quality of NOKIA dats why i like NOKIA and not any other company except SONY ERICSSON

A very good phone indeed. It is small but it's full of features.Previously,I used big phones such as 7610 and 6600 and I found it very inconvinient.But this one is practical.Go and get it!
