this is a great phone and ppl more pixels doesnt mean a bigger screen. A small screen can have more pixels and the pixel density will increase making it more sharp
Is it me ! or is it once again the case that nokia have failed to put an automatic keyguard on the nokia 6230i as they did with nokia 6630. i am starting to think that nokia do this sort of thing on purpose. and they also seem to not have learn,t from the poor battery life ! by still sticking with a blc5 instead of a blc6 which gives 25% more life. i think samsung will be replacing nokia as the market leader within the next few years if they dont pull there finger out and start listening to the customer !poor show once again NOKIA
i m thinking of going to 3230 or 6680. but since seeing 6230i, i m thinking of living with s40 till dieing ha. but how much is it la? if less than 400usd, i ll consider to live with s40 forever. thanks,
really gd updrade, 208x208 pixel dosen't mean how big the screen size is but the amount of the pixels it has got , but much smaller so it looks the same as a normal 128x128 screen in the 6230, just wait to se the 6830 now thats gona be amazing iv seen it !!!!!
nokia had tried its best !! i m actually quite impressed with it probobly because of motorola ... the 3D sound and one hr video but (motorola got 2 TWO hrs !! afterall we want memory card rite??) ... can't wait to see the cam i wonder wat is nokia is up to this time
Very good phone but not as good as S.E. K750.It's like in the old one's (6230-K700),the model from S.E. it's much better.
If SE reduce down the price of the memory stick.. maybe a bit lesser than rs mmc?? Why cant they do that..?
Dom't forget that the K750i has more Color repruduction so it has a better screen
6230i has bigger screen than SE K750, for example, has. 6230i has 208*208 = 43264 pixels and K750 has only 176*220 pixels = 38720. Both the phones have almost the same width and thus, the same width of the screen. However, 6230i has horizontally 32 pixels more and that's why I presume that its screen is a little bit sharper.
We should also remember that 6230i is a mid-range phone while K750 is for high-end. It's really interesting that Nokia's basic phone has better screen than SE's premium phone. Basically, all the differences that matters between these two phones are: SE's 256k colours on screen and a little bit better camera (1.92 MPix in SE versus 1.31 MPix in Nokia). Thus, Nokia's mid-range is quite near to SE's high-end...
P.S. The resolutions of the cameras are calculated from their real resolutions: 1280*1024 in 6230i and 1600*1200 in K750.
Cel mai varza telefon facut vreodata de Nokia...poti sa te caci pe el sau sa-i dai foc.P.S:Nokia SUCKS, SAGEM RULZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
6230i is great!!I can't wait!I'm gonna buy this phone immidiately once the market got it!!
all the people are talking about camera and other specifications. but this is the phone that is high on technical ground. only two phones are higher than this one on technical ground and those are nokia6680 and nokia9500.first people should must read the technical specifications.nokia has many models with edge for 2 years(with 6220). but where r other companis? now other companies come with edge phones.so please must watch technical specifications for nokia phones.
The resolution and the size of the screen have nothing to do with each other. The point is the size of one pixel. It tells how sharp the screen can be etc.
Easily the best phone from Nokia! The combination of size, ergonomics, and features is awesome. They should work on pricing it lower, though.
