You don't need antivirus. It's S40, they don't get viruses.

2 Phonebooth! I'm so sorry you're gonna think I'm complete div at this stage but what is ethyl alcohol? No-one I ask has the slightest idea. Is it the stuff you get with cd lens cleaners? When you say something similar what is similar if I cant find ethyl alcohol. Does it have any other names. Power save is on thanks for that. :-)

well if you ask me about dis phone its awwwwwwwwsome
but the music player takes a while to open when you hav a lot of music.
if you want to buy it for video pppppllllease dont. and can anybody tell me how to get a virus guard 4 dis phone?

solid but there's some problems with the card slot as sometimes it donnot recognize a 512mb memory card or it appears with 0.0b an it says memory card needs to be formatted why is that? i use the version 3.70

Veryy nice Phone nokia 6230i but sometime I Was listining songs or if somebody calling me in mid the phone will be restart.

I love my 6230i. I want to keep it for a long time. My battery lasts about 3 to 4 days without charging - for people who have short battery life, let the battery completely run out before you charge it. If you do this 3 times the battery life will improve and also make sure you remove the battery from your phone one time each month to clean dust and the contacts.

mine was 3 weeks old too (well it'd been used a little already), but your phone might have been transported in a dusty box or whatever. Actually, the standby time of my phone has decreased recently (but namely after having been used in an area with plenty of dust to come into it - no other reason comes to my mind). So I cleaned it once again, I'll write, if the battery life become stable and satisfactory, that is 4-5 days with an average usage.

I'm gettting only 2days max wit no radio mp3 usage-read posts bout cleaning contacts-Should I need to clean battery contacts? Phone is only 3weeks old!!! Also how do I turn power save on? I need this phone to last for whole of Glasto festival and only replaced old 6230 because battery life was getting low. Sorry I did now unless I can solve this prob :-(

There is only one disadvantage in that phone - standby time. It lasts only 1.5 (one and half !) day without calling anywhere !

Hey Rado..alaikom el salam, I think you'd better get a 6233 rather than the 6230i..the 6233 has much more great features while they both have almost the same price in several countries..you won't regret it, trust me :-)
