Yes, 1000 contacts, that means each of them can take 5 fields of numbers n note/address etc.
Tha Dicc, I guess you can find MMC card easily in your country.. no idea
Can anybody tell that the phonebook takes 1000 entries does it mean that each name (Joe Soap) can have 4 or 5 numbers attached to his name?
what is the headset that comes with the phone? pls answer..
this phone is oldskool it's crap plain and simple with a sh*t camera and a boaring image it's not got 3g and overall shocking
This has got to be the most awesome phone ever. i got mine a while bck and its amazing what it can do. need to ask if there is a place i can get the 512MB external memory chip and cheap??
Hi all. I have this phone and I relly love it. It's great. The only problem I have is that I can't set MP3's as ringing tone. The phone then displays "Not allowed by activation key". And yet the MP3's I'm trying are not copy right protected. Can anyone help me solve this? Thanks in advance.
It is a good phone, if you forget about autonomy and the video resolution!
Built-in memory is 32MB but by standard you can use around 20MB coz the rest of it was use for Nokia's ringtones, pictures, samples. If you delete those, you can gain more. And for video, I have no idea, but with that 20MB it can do around 30 minutes
that is nothing to do with the phone setting, its about the operator services that u r currently using now...jsut call up to them n ask them kindly set ur ringing duration to the max.
i need help please! How do you get this 6230i to ring for longer than 3 rings before it goes over to voicemail. Before I can hear my phone ringing, it stops. Please help?
-- Cancel your voicemail service.
am currently a 6230 user.
Yes. the phone viabrates with mp3 ring tones and can also use mp3's as sms alert tones.
very poor video recordings...other than that, it is a great phone!
i m going to buy N 6230i next month.
i want to know what is the orignal phone memory whithot MMC.
and in medium quality how long video it takes in 1 MB.
Please tell me
Well, mine only last around 48 hours max with minimum use. I also found that the GSM Signal matters. If you got low signal or no signal, it consumes battery.
If you're lucky, battery works great/normally.. I think it's something about its power management thingy.
off the chain phone.like the bluetooth,radio,dolby ouytput,etc
i did faced the same problem as u do.. what can v do is go bck to the shop n ask 4 help..
i did so but its useless, thy tried some headset on my mobile tho.. sum were working n sum were not.. what thy did in the end was ask me to get a new headset..
i really dont know what you mean about the bat life...i talk and text ALOT and only have to charge it every few days. i agree with everyone that has said that this is one of the best all rounder phones on the market even if it has been out for a little while - still not as chunky as the N range. think theyre all awful
I read many comments ont he batterly life of this phone, I 've had it for a year now, and it's true that the battery only lasts for almost 30 hours with a regular use.
My question was to know wether it was true we could use the battery BP 5L (polymer battery) for the N90 ? and if it was true that it extends the stand by mode ?
Thx for your help
its just simply the best....
I just bought a n-6230i ( a used one ) the last thing i thought about was the lock code since i always restore the original lock code each time i sell a handset.
Now i did discribe my problem in the arena forum but the one and only response was to go back to the dealer .
Now if i may remind you that this is a used handset.
I would like you to tell a better way since in symbian nokia you can restore your forgotten lock code by installing a certain software, but what is the deal for non symbian nokia phones.
thanx 4 all
