i did faced the same problem as u do.. what can v do is go bck to the shop n ask 4 help..

i really dont know what you mean about the bat life...i talk and text ALOT and only have to charge it every few days. i agree with everyone that has said that this is one of the best all rounder phones on the market even if it has been out for a little while - still not as chunky as the N range. think theyre all awful
I read many comments ont he batterly life of this phone, I 've had it for a year now, and it's true that the battery only lasts for almost 30 hours with a regular use.
My question was to know wether it was true we could use the battery BP 5L (polymer battery) for the N90 ? and if it was true that it extends the stand by mode ?
Thx for your help
I just bought a n-6230i ( a used one ) the last thing i thought about was the lock code since i always restore the original lock code each time i sell a handset.
Now i did discribe my problem in the arena forum but the one and only response was to go back to the dealer .
Now if i may remind you that this is a used handset.
I would like you to tell a better way since in symbian nokia you can restore your forgotten lock code by installing a certain software, but what is the deal for non symbian nokia phones.
thanx 4 all
I cant use my headset. I tried to connect but phone doesn't regognize them. Help. How do to this? Thanks
I think 6230i is one of the best all rounder phones produced. It's predecessor, the 6230 is still working fine with me.
I'm looking forward to the successor of 6230i. I hope it would bear the latest important features and function needed for a businessman.

Of course you can add music,mp3, photos, videos to the memory card. If it's not enough, buy a 512MB or bigger MMC memory card

Just Got this phone in silver, i looked on here before i bought it too see if it was what i wanted,i was looking for a phone that was simple to use for business and social purposes with good alround features, i like this phone simple, stylish and reliable also not to expensive.
Hey, this model is excellent and I am planning to purchase this. The features are amazing and the best. Hope this model will rock NOKIA company the most.
You may use MP3,Mid,AMR,AAC as your msg alert tone!!
I had tried it before.....
This is a great phone!!
Finally I got the phone. It's wonderful and its sound quality is not bad. Go ahead! I think I've made a correct decision.
hello stefan cancle all divetrts from ur mobile,, dan it vl ring longr for u ok
The 6230i is a beautiful piece of work, the graphics are marvellous, the sound from AAC, MP3 and MP4 files are very good quality I was quite shocked I must admit, the camera is also quiet good. The design is also beautiful and classy.I'm yet to test the battery quality when just texting and callin coz I used the MP3 playerin the morning and the battery drained before the day was over. I always pity those who lambast phones for poor cameras, no radios, no MP3 players etc. Remember its a Cellphone first and foremost! The other features have appeared in the past 5 years or so and though there are remarkable leaps and bounds, the companies are still learning. So get a proper camera, MP3 player if you aint satisfied and stop whining people!
