Of course you can change the cover. It's quite simple, all you need is a new cover (plenty on eBay) and a T6 screwdriver. The covers come with instructions. I change the cover on mine depending what I'm wearing - pink, blue, black, or the original silver. Don't listen to anyone who says you can't.

Yes, computers has connectible bluetooth and infrared port.
But it's actually easier to transfer files or MP3 songs using data cable compared to infrared and bluetooth. And its also cheaper.

You cant change the housing of 6260 unless you paint it black which is not advisable.
You should've bought the black one in the first place.

ei Thim- instead of using the USB cable, you can save mp3 files by using a memory card reader. highlight an mp3 icon and copy it, and save it in mmc by pasting it (usb device: mmc reader.. go to "my computer") hell its a lot faster when copying tons of mp3 files!!

Ive been using Nokia 6260 for almost 4 months. And it is the greatest phone eva. I have NO problems with this phone. I have the silver one.

eh.. i have been using nokia 6260 4 quite some time le.. it's a veri veri good phone! i love it.. but if there is more softwares, it will be even better.. so can those pple that has software to make it a better phone like answering machine, pls send to me can? thanx!! or juz tell me where can i dl all those application or softwares! thanx veri much.. pls send it to sikai00@yahoo.com..

I never face my screen out though. i close it normally facing in to protect screen.

i found that both nokia 6260 and 6600 are with mono mp3 players.can any one suggest me a phone with stereo mp3 player(nokia/panasonic/samsung/lg)with expandable memory available?????????please

you can lock the keypad when screen facing out!!!!
face the screen out when closed and press top left hand button then menu button below it. and the same to open it!!!!!
