don't buy it ! it sucks .. belive me !!! and it's not a joke !!! the photos come out right only with a good program and the video is the worst I have ever seen !!!!! MY ADVICE : Don't buy it !!!!!

thanks, i learned many things these few day in a forum site, learn many bout 6260 installation and sis all sot of things, but i still hv a little bit question, if i use 1GB mmc card, will the phone lag?

"lun" You need Nokia PC suite. When you open the Nokia PC suite then you click on "install program". Use USB cabel or IR.

Its an EXCELLENT phone for the price exept the memory offered (32 megs) isnt enough... Its a little fragile too but if you get the original covers, it would look excellent. I got it for 3000 Egyptian Pounds including the guarantee, which is a little expensive over here. But I love it.

wu hu hu hu....tomoro is my birthday!!! tonite...i gonna get my phone....6260!! wat a wonderful things....with a cool desine.... every function i want...i gonna upgrade it...with lot lot lots of software.... it support 7650 software(some)... and u can get an ultar mp3 player for it...u can also upgrade this phone to hv an unlimited video capturing... wahaha....tell u all....this phone lense is consider 1.3mp but just wrote with a VGA name.... surly is a 100% great phone, it can control everythings with remote control... from now on...i dont need anymore remote control accept my phone... air-con? just need my 6260...oh ya...accept my auto gate need a remote cause it isent useing an infared remote.... this symbian phone is absulutely great....i love it so much...i event put a (intel centrino) on my phone...so cool with the black desine....wahahaha... i can event take girls picture without anyones noes...haha....cool ya? get a N6260 now! told ya all...in malaysia...wahhaha digi free me 50% of my reload bonus....wuuuuhu..... gotta catch them all friends....get it now....malaysia lowest price is RM1500 original zitron(nokia) phones.... but u can get 1560 and below is consider a good price....this phone support 1GH mmc card...but i dont noe it will lag when opening some files or not....so i prefer u all to get a 512MB mmc card.....good luck to u all......and happy birthday to me.....wahaha =p

hi guys, i've been thinking of purchasing this phone, but stil hesitating....can anyone kindly help me with the below questions?
1) can I view movie/video/mv through 6260?
2) does it support AAC format of songs?

what a day. i just got my nokia 6260 which i have been dying for since last eyar...i have to say, the features and everything is far good for me. Onle one disadvantage here, i think the phone was too big than i thought, i mean i have shopped it via internet since its not yet found in Iceland, i thought at least its a bit flatter than this...its big that i even started laughing at myself that it looks like a man's phone. I really hope i will get used to its biggerness, else everything else it positive to me...

and download the torch for the 7650. It works for the 6260 as well and increase the screen brightness for a brighter torch..;)
Also, the cam is a 1.3megapixel, 1Gb card is supported etc..
also, there is a contest on nokia for comments abt the 6260 n u cud win a HS-4w headset if u're smart with xtra chances for the 6260 owners. Try u're luck.

Well, i've been using the 6260 for a month now.. It's AWESOME!! Get the ultra player, u can get stereo playback and it does support the themes, the ones started with the 7650 on to the 6600 n the 7610.. All the series 60 Nokia smartphones!!

i just bought a nokia 6260 yesterday, so far
ive only used it a couple of times, but the features are excellent and the flip out design is very slick. some of the major problems ive found are: the on/off button is totally wack, its in so deep i thought it was broken at first :/, i can't text message with one hand(well its possible, but u need a massive hand and good co-ordination), so that means i need to have both hands free to text :s(not good when your standing up on a bus) also the phone feels kind of slow at times, a bit like the lag of a computer, which reduces the pleasure of browsing through the menus. haven't listened to the mp3s yet, (apparently the quality is poor?) i have a mp3 anyway so probably not going to use the feature on the phone. my nokia came with 2 extra games, power dart and pro pool? did everyone else get these 2 games or did i just get lucky? apart from the few negative facts about the phone, nokia 6260 is a joy to use, its swirvel mode is definately an eye catcher and the camera on the side of the phone is perfect for catching those babes next to u unnoticed ;)
