It sure stands out from all the rest of the phones from Nokia due to its innovative flip - normaly symbian interface...no problems here. Too much wasted space on the keypad and the idea of placing the menu key on the top end of the flap might cause the flap to break with time and usage since its not very stable to press. Would have been better with a Megapixel camera and maybe a bit smaller....
hello i am an international dealler of mobile phone and i am interested in your nokia 6260 and i need to know your method of shipping and the charges and the method for delivery processing so pls send the detail to me about the charges and all other requirements thanks
hi, i really want to kno if i should buy this fone. PLZ SOMEONE WHO OWNS THE FONE OR KNOWS INFO ABOUT THIS FONE. Is this fone worth $400 or is it a waste of money.
Can you name me a smartphone that DOES last more than a week? In any case, battery life is very subjective. It depends on how much u talk, bt use, network conditions, etc...
the battery does not hold out for longer than one week... sorry its sucks..!!
Something very different and unique from the rest of Nokia phones. It may not have the megapixel but VGA 640 X 480 is pretty good. All the new nokia symbian phones does not have infrared but this 6260 have both infrared and bluetooth, furthermore with the intagrated radio, window, words and full chinese/english dictionary, etc..
Recommneded: Good Phone because it's cool and it stand out of the rest nokia phones.
simply i want to have this mobile cause i like it very much........
man this fone looks good. I am goin to buy it pretty soon since my contract expires. I dont kno why people dont like this fone. All u guyz r nokia haterZ. HAHAHA.
The 6260 is a neat phone. The navipad is not as firm as the 6600 though. It's not perfect, but its a lot better than many other phones.
The OS is good, and I think they have bumped up the processor speed, because it a helluva lot faster than my 6600. Phone functions are complete and well integrated with the SMS, with minimal key presses, something other manufacturers have failed miserably.
The complaint that the 'C' button is too far from the keypad is true but i've gotten used to it I hardly find it annoying at all!
ANd the phone is NOT heavy. It's pretty light considering its size. DId anyone notice that the 6230 is actually HEAVIER than the 6600? DId anyone complain bout that?
WHile i do miss the inclusion of external display, i can live a pretty normal life without it.
Recommendable phone that requires just a little bit of learning and getting used to.
And I love it customisability. The screen rocks! IT super bright!
yen yen. I think you can bluetooth your mp3s over or get a card reader and transfer directly to your mem card. for best results, put in a directory with existing sound files that work. that way, u know the phone is looking in the rite place.
Can anyone tell me how upgrade my 6610 to my 6260 i need my contacts and inbox messages. I've already backed up my 6610 using the PC Suite. But i understand that the PC Suite for 6610 doesn't support the 6260. Help. I don't have ms outlook, so that's outta the question.
my dear,,,,,, i wondering how to add mp3 to my new phone 6260?,,,,,,,, i need hel,,pzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
With programs like "YewNes" and "PicoDrive" out there for symbiam, I was wondering if there is a controller or joystick accessory for the 6260. The joystick on the phone is not suited for button mashing and I hate play games with the keypad.
