Hey guys, I live in the UK and I just bought this phone. And it looks well great. And for the person who asked if a 512-MB MiniSD memory card came with phone, mine didn't, however I did recieve a 128-MB MiniSD.
6270 is a great phone.
It has phone recording upto 1 hr.
Super L&R stereo speakers
The photo quality is great and gives
very good 5"x7" photos
Very Impressive....I love it.
At last I have something...I am proud of.
A perfect phone for businessman.
I live in Thailand. And I heard that 512-MB MiniSD cards comes bundled only with the first batch of the phones. I don't know if it's true. Anyway, I wish I got one too. I've been waiting for it to come out for so long. But now that it's really available, I just think I still love my 6-month-old 6230i. And there're just not enough reasons for me to upgrade the phone. I mean, I love 6270. It seems perfect to me but it's said that the built quality isn't that great (all or almost the Nokia phones here are made in China -- too bad). I just want to know whether it's true that non-china-made Nokia phone is of better built quality than china-made one? Can anyone give the info? Thank you.
Is it really so, that the battery last only 1-1.5 day... for the normal use? If that's right it's useless for every day use! Have anybody exact facts to this battery capacity?
...otherwise I'll buy this phone, if I find made in Finland or Germany!
How's the flash on this thing ? is it bright like the k750? cuz k750 can take pictures in a pitch black room like 10 meters away
i am really confused which one has a better screen. i compared two 65k color screen (6230b and k700), n the k700 was way better (including the menus and speed).
i am debating on a d600 or 6270, can some1 help me out please. i need all aspects. i do like the 6270 looks better though.
please n thanks.
no regular headphone jack.
you have to use the one that comes w/ the phone by nokia.
battery life is decent. got 3 days w/ normal use. 1 to 1.5 days with heavy use.
the slider works great. does not seem cheap or wobbly like others say. does not seem like it will break. it is pretty solid.

Mariam, it should mariam it support the band and if its not locked, if you are having problems with the nokia 6230 send it to where you bought it and just simply do a firmware update most of the problems were fixed the the last one
I really like the phone, it does what I want it to do in a very sleek and elegant way. Having said that I have a few comments:
1. Battery life - three days on a full charge with moderate use is not satisfactory (luckily I've heard Nokia is working on high capacity batteries).
2. Once it is "open" it gets top-heavy, making it a bit hard to use the keypad because you have to support the phone so it doesn't fall out of your hand.
3. the sliding part is already a bit wobbly after only three weeks, and the buttons are a bit loose as well. The phone doesn't feel as solid as it should.
Otherwise very happy with it.
i charge my 6270 every day, the battery can't stay more than one day even i'm not a heavy user. battery life is the only prob of this fone.
