Some carriers like AT&T already disconnected 2G service and others like T-Mobile and Verizon will do it in the next two years.
Jas, 01 Aug 2017Could somebody tell me if this is 3G phone as 2GB has been discontinued where I live? This phone doesn't have 2GB storage, it has 7.8MB.
Jas, 01 Aug 2017Could somebody tell me if this is 3G phone as 2GB has been discontinued where I live?2G will never go away, all voice calls and texts are received thru it unless your country is using all the time viop or wifi calling which basically the same as voip but you do it thru the native phone dail page which is technically illogical especially for secured networks where you don't have to use internet permanently. I think the 3G is the one will go away soon because 4G does better and there is not a special characteristic of keeping it
