SE or Samsung or Motorola..............NOKIA is the best which always comes first in the race with simple user friendly menu control and quality performance and beats other makes outright.
It cannot replace the throne of SE K750, K750 is the perfect 2 megapixel camera with 1632x12... pixels
appu, 04 Jun 2008glass of my lens broken. can i replace itGlass with front housing can be replaced. In this regard 5310 is best. If 5310 falls down the plastic body can absorb the impact and doesn't damage the glass, but in the case of 6300 the steel body transfers the impact to the glass and the result is broken glass.
A complete handset with every feature you can play 3gp videos, you can download themes ,wallpaper, screen saver. In other words a complete cheap package for entertainment.
nice 1 // got a nice look but??? the volume ...really sucks !!! do sumthing bout d volume otherwise its really good phone
unbelivable display color and resolution but very short batery life and low sound volume and ringtones
I am facing two problems:
1:Nokia 6300 ringing tones volume is low , so I oftenly miss my calls, though the all the volume settings are at full.Either it is by default or there is a problem.
2:USB cable is not provided with the pack, it is simply silly!!!!!
Just wanted to point out the perfect 16 mill. color screen, allowing me to view pictures even better than on my CRT monitor. Stereo headset gives me "pleasures" I could never imagine, even if I'm listening to M4A music (AAC+ format), considering the decoding process that has to take place...imagine, a 2 hour mix takes up to 40 MB...
Being so thin fits in ALL my pockets, (even socks ;) ), stainless steel makes it even more endurable.
Battery life really sucks, but I'm the one that has to suck it up, cause I'm "sucking" its life out as fast and as versatile as I can.
Another thing on the cons-side is the no-flash-integrated, so I have to improvise with night-mode and/or white-balance modes, or even some cigarette-lighter with a LED in it :S.
Thanks to the miniUSB connector, I'm able to install/copy practically EVERYTHING, including java-appz (couldn't run more than one application at the same time.....too bad).
Just for the record: bought it exactly 2 months ago and still cannot get it out of my mind.
Oh, almost forgot: cannot get the PTT and Instant Messaging to work, but that's only because of the carier I'm using.
My 6300 fell onto Solid TARMAC! still works fine....
Great phone and true successor to the 6230
My mom's 6300 recently fell into water and its still working. This phone is really a great successor to the nokia 6230.
Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970It ranges between Rs 7000-7500 in da Indian market at da moment.
It is very beautiful. It is better then SonyEricsson K750i.It's colours very high.
i was quite disappointed when i use my 6300 the 1st time, but after using it for a month since i buy it, im quite satisfied with the phones performance.... very practical handset and easy to use! i love my 6300 phone now......
