@ Original_Jamaican:
It's MY own view so there's no need to be rephrased. Everyone is entitled with their own opinion i guess. It's up to people if they have misunderstood my post.. Besides, 500 phonebook entries is more than enough for me provided that the sim that i am using provides additional 650 entries. That would be all totalled to 1,150 entries then. It's just more than enough for me. And actually, it's MY own preference. So there's no need for you to emphasize the phonebook subject. I'm aware of it before i bought my 6233.
To ODZ:
I never asked anyone how to backup contacts. I have known how to do that for ages. I have been using PC Suite for years.
@Original_Jamaican: Backup of contact You can do with Nokia PC Suite software connected by miniUSB cable...
@Swaroop: If I good understand You want add simple wallpaper, so only what are You must to do is go to display settings and choose a diffrent picture...
the best phone ever invented
I charged my phone on Saturday and today (Wednesday) I have 1/2 battery left. During that time I have made and received calls, sent and received texts and taken a few photos.
I have NO complaints about my battery.
To FRITZ:
If you had phrased your first statement differently then you wouldn't have to be arguing this case. I read your entire post from the beginning and comprehended what you were saying but based on your first initial statement anybody would think you were boasting.
You seem to want multimedia features more than telephony features. As I said, the phonebook capacity of the 6233 is the MAIN reason why I didn't purchase it. If you are upgrading then the most important area shouldn't be downgraded.
@ Original_Jamaican:
Sounds boasting? Well, just read a little more further and try to comprehend my post first before jumping to conclusions. And take note of my parenthesized statement "(for me because i'm a little more conscious on the performance and looks is oftentimes the last in my criteria)". Take note of that. That supports and serves the reason why i have said such statement.
@ Winura:
Well, it sounds like you have misunderstood my post.. I'm not "BOASTING" 6233 here. I'm just citing the difference between the two handsets. Take note that I made my post as fair and as safe as possible. If i'm really boasting and in real favor for the 6233 than the 6300, then why should I ever sacrifice my time to list down the advantages of the 6300 over the 6233 if that's really my motive?..
To ALL:
I'm not boasting 6233 here. I'm just citing the differences and even advantages of the handsets over the other. And before anyone else would think ahead that I hate the 6300, well, it has no sufficient reason to be hated. It has an uncompromised design like no other giving all the reasons to become a bestseller.
Cheers to all Nokia fanatics!

To MADDY:
Yes. There's a java program called e-buddy which allows you to connect to Yahoo, MSN or AOL Messenger. You can download it from your phone's browser or from your PC and install it in your phone.
If you choose to use your phone to download it. Open the WAP browser by going to the 'Web' menu option. Enter e-buddy.com and if you don't get through enter wap.google.com then type e-buddy in the search field.
TO OJ or anyone:
can we browse internet through this phone and like message or talk with friends through a yahoo or msn messenger with this?
