Hi, I have a lot of themes for a nokia N70, and I hav a nokia 6300, can i use those themes in my nokia 6300??
Nokia 6300 is a very powerful phone with flexible options. I have been using it for almost 4 months now without any form of problem.
Having had every possible type of phone you can imagine over the last 15 years, I bought this one to go back to basics.
It is beautifully designed and functional.
It has none of the irritating tone problems that drove me nuts with my last two Samsungs.
The screen is crystal clear as is the sound clarity.
Interface is intuitive and easy to familiarise yourself with.
Feel of the handset is solidly constructed with no cheap plastic, the ergonomically smooth design is pocket friendly.
Sick of phones that want to be iPods or digital cameras, sacrificing compactness and battery life as a result this one ticks all the boxes for me.
For those complaining about the battery - no lithium-ion battery is going to stand up to intensive mutimedia usage. My suggestion to those who want to use their phones as all-in-one solutions (camera, .mp3 player, internet browser, kettle, toaster) is to get an N95. That is the size of a house brick though and I think it's an ugly thing. It does the job however.
The 6300 is a telephone. I use it as such and after owning various overly ambitious mobiles this thing is like a breath of fresh air.
Anyway - I use a laptop, an 8MP camera, and an .mp3 player for all the other stuff. I don't expect them to be able to make phone calls too.
A very happy customer.

kya pakao comments diye hain zyada tar ne,how can u decide for a cell phone by some other`s comment, come on guye its a electronic device so... just look its specs and if u think its enough for u so go and get :o)
Im thinking about getting this phone, but no one in here has an opinion on the phones reception. Does anyone even care? After all is'nt that the most important thing.
This phone its my best hone ever i prefer it to n othe phone u can think of due to its size and the pictures are so clear...i think Nokia show please increase the phone memory.
I have 6300, I want to know about USB Connectivity, It has mini USB port how much is data cable cost?
Photo taken over camera not so great any change in settings to improve picture quality
So good n easy to handle when compared to other...Has very good clarity on sound as well as the camera.....Looks so stylish..........
Has anyone noticed that the option for changing the 'standby font colour' in the settings menu doesnt work? It remains white and i cant get it to accept my choice. Iv tried it with three other 6300s anyone else have this problem? Anyone have a solution?
umm...still planning to buy 1...but just to make xur wich is better 6300 or the moto slvr l9 (l72 in asia)? how can you convert the 2.5mm headphone jack into a 3.5mm socket and use any headphones as stated in one of the comments?
Yes, read it.
It says Memory card slot - MicroSD, so you can put microSD cards in the phone.
TO: Original Jamaican
Thanks, I didn't know that! The manual isn't that clear.
After reading that, I've been looking for an application that can resize video for the Mac. I do wish that more mobile device makers would support tha Mac rather than just the PC.
This phone is a very good phone. You don't know much about phones if you are comparing a Symbian to a Nokia OS. The 6300's screen is CLEARER than N95 and it's faster. Symbian phones are SLOW, buggy and problematic...which I DON'T blame Nokia for because Symbian is NOT their platform, they are granted a licence to use it.
I have the Nokia 6300 and I thought hard, weighed the differences between all the new phones and came to a conclusion to get this phone before upgrading from my previous phone, the 'KING of all mobiles'...Nokia 6230. Maybe if you owned one you would have something else to say.
