Please if someone can answer my question. I just got 6300 and was previously using 6680. Can I transfer the contacts I saved in the memory card of 6680 into this one (may be through the USB cable)?
I bought 6300 from a week, and here's my view :

You know many times I hear people complain about Nokia phone batteries and the short talk time.
When I use these same phones I experience NO problems whatsoever. I still believe Nokia's phones talk time and standby time last longer than any other manufacturer's.
Just the other day I was able to get 4hr. 4min. talk time out of my almost 3 year old Nokia 6230.
It's all about how you charge your battery.
As always, obey the rule about charging a new battery 3 times overnight. Let it discharge fully before each overnight charge. After that '3-times-overnight-cycle' your battery should give you extreme performance.
Personally, I try to let my battery run out completely before plugging in the charger. I also leave it off when charging (unless I have an emergency type of thing dealing with and need to have my phone on). Finally, once it's finished charging in the OFF mode, I turn it on with the charger plugged in. Doing that makes it start another charging cycle which normally takes 5-10 minutes to finish.
Maybe if you people follow my guidelines you won't have anything to complain about. Peace.
To KRIZZY & ASHWIN:
I have said many many times, the European phones are the best. For example, when I compare my Nokia 6230 (made in Hungary) to the US version or Chinese version there's a huge difference in screen clarity. The US/Chinese screen is too pale, lacks colour and is too bright when compared to the Hungarian 6230 that I have. That is why I always insist on the European made phones. Anything less is uncivilised.
The battery performance is a total let down. Tell me what happen Nokia? I got it few days ago and seem to have it charge everyday considering that my usage on call is nothing outrages. Worst still, now I got to limit my talk time. No good.....
Fantastic Phone. Feature rich and sooooo much user friendly. Display is stunning and looks will make sure all heads turn to it.
Flip Side - Battery is soooo poor that u need to recharge it twice atleast per day
I recently bought this Nokia 6300, it has all the features you need but mine does not have pre-installed games and themes, it also has a weak battery as you all know but over all is a good phone.
All said and done abt Nokia 6300, what good is a phone and it's features with the worst battery quality?
For those who need to spend long hours talking on mobile, stay away from Nokia 6300.
Krizzy is absolutely correct. There is a discernable difference in quality between phones made by Nokia(China made) and those made in Germany or Hungary. Ex: just examine the keypad of 6610 in a chinese made set and then compare it with a Finland produced one. I got so good at it that i would tell out a chinese one just by looking at front panel. I have always insisted on euro made set even if i have to pay a few bucks more to the dealer.
I know the Nokia 6300 supports PictBridge but does it support bluetooth wireless printing ?

This is a GREAT fone. I work in the industry and at the office I work a good THIRD of the office own one. It feels great in the hand and is light. Packed with features and easy to use. A real credit to Nokia, for a change.
