As expected, I am still waiting for her call & suppose that I shall have to wait for further indefinite time before I receive her call again.
When contacted at your CARELESS Nokia Care Centre (Kamla Ent.), there was no satisfactory response as when I am going to get back my newly bought handset duly repaired / replaced. I am still unable to understand how a small repair can take more than a month's time.
By a copy of this mail, I am informing my peer circle to keep themselves away from NOKIA products with a request to them to spread the message of very poor quality of your services.

Bilsant Thomas, 512mb is your memory card/microsd memory and 7mb is your phone memory. maybe your phone is nokia 6300.
