hello everybody.i just have one thing tot say.nokia 6310i is the best phone in the world.i own one,the black version since 2002 and i'm super satisfyed by it.i talk around 2-3 hours a day and i don't have to charge for 4 days.if you talk round 30 min per day your battery lasts 8+ days.i also have a nokia 6680 which is also a great phone but trully 6310i is the best phone money can buy.i wouldn't sell it for the world.it is amazing.nokia stopped the production of this phone because they were losing money because their service wasn't beeing used any more:)).i haven't changed 1 thing in my nokia 6310i and it has everything you could ask from a phone:great acoustic, wonderfull microphone and headset and especially amazing lifetime on its li pol battery.if you can find one,buy it,you will not regret.many greetings from the bussinessman's club in bucharest, romania.
ps:6310i is your best bussiness partner.get one now,if you find one.proffesional advice.
I Think The Nokia 6310i has the best Battery life so far and they should have not discontinued it.
my 6310i is performing great. i refurbished it by myself after i got original front body with vibrator and centre body from the Nokia agent. i bought a new original battery too though the old one is still lasts 4-5 days. now my mobile looks brand new. other day i found a new box packed and it costs a tank around US$ 210/-. still there is lot of demand for this model. used but in excellent condition 6310i will get for around US$ 50/- which i have picked up. the weight and size is superb. i own a brand new 6100 which i carry when i travel because of it's light weight. even 6100 is an excellent performer. besides these phone i have a VK 2000 mobile with a second number. trust me it's nothing less to Nokia. i fancy this mobile because it's the lightest mobile in world weighing only 48 grams and 8.8 mm thick makes and fits comfortably in a wallet.
my final verdict is Nokia means mobile and mobile means Nokia. no other mobile manufacturers can come close to Nokia that's the reason Nokia rules the market almoast by 70%. by the way a small information for the Nokia fans....Nokia is a name of a river in Finland and this company is over 100 years old started with the production of industrial rubber boots.
what a great mobile. ive always wanted one. i like its looks. i got my jet black nokia 6310i on Aug 10th 06. battery lasts for around 2 weeks without charging. really like the toreador 1 ringtone. i will have 6310i for a long time yet
Nokia 6310i is a must have phone for life time till the gsm technology get's outdated. someone the other day said...hey, you needn't have to ditch your old faithfull wife juss because you found a new girl friend. take my words.
let me tell you all guys, even in this present day if at all Nokia brings out this kind of a model with colour screen with bluetooth and without camera it's gonna be a super hit. people will stop buying their other sofisticated useless models. that's the reason which is well understood why Nokia is not re-launching such a wonderful amazing phone. a piece of advise for all those guys who are still owning this model, keep it till it gets out dated. later you can preserve it as an antique piece.
Have had a Nokia 6310I or several years. It is the most reliable phone I have ever owned. Gets reception where no one else can. Battery lasts, sound is good. Why oh why can you not come up with another just like it. I refuse to switch until I must.
This was by far the best phone I ever had, excellent battery life, easy connection to computer via bluetooth. If you have it, keep it!!! Nokia, can you bring out a phone with the newer technology but in the same class as this? Your N series does not do it for me. The 6310i was well ahead of it's time and still is an excellent phone.
GREAT PHONE, mine was blocked by cell company two years ago.Got the problem sorted out and unblocked, still going strong. I was using the phone for four years before it was blocked. Upgrading next month, don't know if I'll use the new phone, this is the best ever. Never even changed the battery in all that time. Excellent phone. Can't say enough
Hi Nokia fans!
I am not necessary a fan of nokia phones, but 6310i is really the best phone ever. My story is simple but eloquent, i believe. 2 years ago a friend of mine had two 6310i phones so i borrowed one from him and used it for almoust 6 months. At that time you couldn't find it in stores anymore, so i couldn't buy one. I was really amazed by the phone..the battery life was around 5 days...and the way i felt it in my hand...well..IT WAS JUST RIGHT!
Anyway, i had to give back the phone and i bought a SE T610. That was a really good phone that i used for a year and a half ... until 2 months ago when i decided that i want something better. So i bought a Motorola V3x. The phone was stuffed with everything you "need": 2 megapixel camera, 512 Mb SD card, mp3 player, 3G technology ..... but it just didn't felt right in my hand. Battery life was 2-3 days and it felt weird ... a little big but, yet, so fragile. So i sold it after using it 10 days and i bought .... well .... i bought a NEW 6310i.
Yeap, i know, it sounds weird .. but i found a guy who was selling several phones, in boxes... everything looked ALMOST original. Its price was 100 EURO, but since i bought two (i have another friend very passionate about this phone), the price was 90 per each.
Now i don't get it. I am using the phone for a while and everything is great! What i meant by almost original ... my phone is silver, just like the one i used in 2004, it's just that the case looks like a copy. shiny but still not that glowing. The phone was sealed and the call duration was 0 (zero). But still the phone looks brand new. Inside it is written Made in Finland, the IMEI code is written clear inside the phone and on the box, the Li-Polymer battery is also made in finland, just that it has Nokia written on both sides - bigger on the outside. The screen light is blue ... everything inside looks like the phone i used 2 years ago. Battery life is 5-6 days using vibrate every day, great bluetooth connectivity, simply no flaws ... the same 6310i i knew, meaning the best phone ever!!!
i have used thi phone for 4 years it was a head of it time and is still of i hight standard it is relible and on of the few phones with a car kit 10
What do i say....? I have been using this 6310i for past 2yrs now and i dont feel the need to change it for something else.....its probably the fastest operating phone with excellent audio reception. Wonderful Phone!
what ravs and rants in this nokia opinion section about 6310i. well reading all these opinions i bought a used phone.....hmmmmmm, i really wondered what's so great 'bout this particular model.....let me give my honest comments...i confess>>>>>THIS PHONE IS ONE DAMM BLADY HELL OF A WONDERFUL INSTRUMENT. I am amazed with it's performance & superior quality. Hey NOKIA where are you and why the hell are you not producing this kind of a stuff anymore????? do you really go through these opinion sections??????

I used to own nokia 6310i about 4 years ago and onestly I miss it a lot.Still think,it's a best phone in the world. All the phones this days with lousy cameras in it and poor batteries are not worth the bucks!Phone should be a phone and not a toy!!!
