At its price it's the best phone you can buy. It is one of the best phones Nokia ever made. I'm fully satisfied of it.

How do u install an antivirus software on this phone?Can the speaker be upgraded so it have better sound quality?

This phone is probly the worst phones i have ever used.This phone sux big time.So slow that you can have a coffee and come back to see the opened application.Mp3 quality is low.Speakers have started to lose bass.treble distortion is also there.All in all a very bad buy.Buy a 3310 but not this.

well.... the nokia6600 is just a simple cell...i mean its boring..no 3g, low resultion(640x480),old version of blue tooth(which is very very slow),mono audio player,and no "usb port",mp3 cannot be used as ringtone, slow gprs(now days without camera phones have fatser gprs) and boring look & very outdated... ! guys who havent use any camera set can try this cell , but i would suggest try cell phones of new technology.

this phone is great!!!is working perfect and the only upgrade i want is nokia 6680 or nokia n series.no other phone is that fine.cheers

6600 is better than any cell coz it is so cheap n super compitable with sis apps. U can do anything with it. It supports mp3 ringtones too. I got a codec n its done. But d speaker is mono, thats d badside. But we dont need much sound, do we? If u hav a headset, good mp3 player n kingston 2GB mmc u can hav d fun of an n70... But its not a 3g fon so u hav 2 change it years after.
It does not have in-built radio
This phone only accepts Multi Media Cards/MMC.It does not accept SD cards.I use a 1gb MMC on my 6600 and it runs smooth.The maximum limit is 1gb.They can take rs-mmc with ADApter only otherwise rs-mmc is not possible
there is no USB cable for this phone and this phone has no USB Port. for PC connectivity I use a bluetooth dongle, or a card reader
Download OggPlay to play MP3 files converted to Ogg. To convert MP3 to Ogg use common tools. I personally use Wavepad.
few ways to fast up ur symbian phone
1-always use defalt theme wit no wall paper.
2-do not make more folder try to keep the allication in one touch menu.
3-always exit the applications,pls do not exit by pressing red key.
4-set screensaver to least time as it saves a lot of battery.
5-use taskmanager,applicantion manager or feexplorer to comress memory.
6-set the logs of phone to minium date.
6600 is a symbian operated fone that can run thousands of symbian programs.. and i mean quality programs such as msn messenger, virtua radio, microsoft word, excel, built-in real player, ngage games and many more..
Upgrading the firmware version will be done perfectly at authorised nokia service centres.

as this is my 2n opinion 4 dis phone i read al de probs if u ppl lately yes u can gt radio in 6600 it is very easy tht is u hav 2 buy a inbuilt radio handset wch is available mostly at all shops at minimum rate keep on writing ur further probs tc

hi every one this phone is great and very nice,i mean to say that this phone have so many options and if u have to download any software or you have to transfer any software so you have to buy a memorycard reader and you have to put the mobile's memory card in that reader and than transfer the softwares happily,this is my message to everyone that this phone is amazing but but but but if u put so much load in it i mean to say that if u have done the work in a fast manner so the mobile will hang but dont take tention its just a miner problem , my suggestion to you is that you may buy this phone without any hesitation
