I recently puchased 6600, its really good but one thing confused is that how can i fully utilize my 6600 and can somebody please guide what r all softwares available to upgrade and its uses, also one thing is that it doesnt have keyguard option how do i get it. can anyone send me 6610 do-mi-so tone to my email: vijaytejas@indiatimes.com.|

Hello; i have a doubt about nokia 6600: there are a maximum file size limit i can receive from bluetooth? I think this was an inconvenient from n'gage, because the received files was stored in the internal memory and not in MMC. Anyone can give me a light?

ya i know you have a lot of sofware in your phone but something i want to tell you is no matter how advance the symbian is there are 6 things there will never change
1)the phone design/weight/size
2)the battery performance/duration and durability
3)the phone speaker/ringtone channel
4)the phone camera lens
5)the phone screen and resultion 65K/262/256/.....
6)the phone famous or not and the price
let me tell the the advantages and the disavantages of using symbian phone
advantages
1)can extend the phone function and decrease the phone restriction in function such as viseo recording time and etc..
2)can more file format are supported if u install software. such as avi/mp4/mp3/ogg and etc
3)can install better quality game compare to java games (some of them)
4)can play n-gage game in phone
5)sotware are easy to develop and has third party to create the sofware function will never end
disadvantages
1) the virus risk
2)the phone may slow if u install many sofware in phone
3)some of the 3party soware will harm your phone example X-ray camera
4)some file cannot be share file with non-symbian or symbian phone coz it has various of file format such as avi/ogg and etc
5)sure will encounter a lot of software problem and need to waste your time to fixed it
6) the sofware version are coming newer and newer version and you need to upgrade it if not some will expired
7)it is not user friendly not easy to find and make use it and it is not famous in malaysia
8)you have to format your phone one or half year if you are sofware player coz too much scrap file in your phone and some pciloc sofware cannot be deleted easyly
9) the phone are usually slow compare to serious40 phone like K750/6230/3310 and etc
as a vise phone user whats type of phone will u choose ?
if me my next phone should be sonyerricson their market strategy are far better than any phone industry especialy sonyerricson W800 and K750 it is WOOO.......

well i just know photoacute can boost 6600 cam resolution to 1.3mp but can i know any other usefull freeware tat i can download for my newly limited edition 6600

This fone is fabulous , every feature is available,huge memory(u can select from 32 mmc till 512 mmc),nice camera,web,w@p,mms,gprs.
You can install themes from www.mobile9.com,you can install camcorder to record open videos,and install virtual radio(but you must have the gprs service on your line),games,mp3 player, and its shape is not pretty big,very fast blootth connection, can read wavs,amrs,midis,jpg,jif,jpeg,mpg,3pg...etc.

Man it has a VGA camera... but you can install software for bigger resolution :P

vinay thanks, im using my 256 now. its great.. i love it.. i have a ultramp3 software that plays mp3. and camcorder pro for my unlimited video recording but its kinda blurry when i replay the saved video. can u suggest a better software. and where to get it? thanks...

It has a 1.3 mp cam not vga.
U can install mp3 player and also dvd pler to pla mp3 and dvd.
but the sound is too low.
but finally it's a great cell.
