My second phone! Am still using it.It is the special among my all 15 handsets am using at present.The best phone Nokia ever made.Do whatever you want with this phone and the phone will give you a smile.I did changed its battery before 2yrs. Then its working normal. Only the left side joystick is not working. But its my best phone. I love my Nokia 6600!!!

elleighn, 21 Feb 2010i've been using this phone for 5 years. i love it, problem is.. the scroll is not working anymore.replace your keypad membrane.. buy it on ebay.. very easy to replace.. search on youtube the dis assembly of the phone.

its a good phone, i think there are programs that can make it play mp3 music and also use it as a ring tone.
i like that phone and i still use it :))

Augustine, 13 Mar 2010I cannot play any music on my 6600 phone my friends say that it does not have MP3 player in ho... moreYou can play .MP3 files using "Ultra MP3 Player" as said below, it's the best software out there for this phone, you can buy it or rather download a full version, just Google it, but I recommend using it aside with a system explorer program like "FileMan" or something similar so you can move the MP3 files that's been sent to you as a message, otherwise you can't move them from your inbox.
I've had this phone over 6 years, I'm keeping it as backup in case my current phone got stolen or broken, and the damn thing is still working like new one. My only complain about it, is the sound quality is a bit bad for me and not loud enough, but judging to it's period it was good.
