Stupid software: when u activate answer by opening this 6600f, if you write a sms/mms: if someone call, 6600f is begining to answer without authorization ! gr8 bug from Nokia engineers !!!

i used this model for a while and got disappointed with the speech quality from the caller. the caller's voice sounds muffled and i found it very difficult to make out the words from the caller if the sorrounding conditions are little noisy specially outdoors but if you are in a quite area like home/office or in the car then it's ok. i did even update it's firmware but there is no improvement. nokia should be more careful when they launch their final products. just because they are under pressure to launch new models to compete with their competatiors, they seem be very hasty in launching without conducting proper test on their hand sets . i have found the speech quality from 5310 music express very good. now i have put back the 6600 into it's box and kept is aside not knowing what to do with it. though i am a nokia admirer for its simplicity, i have bought SE302 which is far better than 6600.

I'd recomend you folks keep away from Nokia's innovations, just because they never work and bring down all other benefits. Nokia's gimmick this time is the outside screen sensor or more exactly, it's functionality on incoming calls. In my phone it seems to be so sensitive that all incoming calls are rejected (double-kick) or ringing is silenced (singe-kick), which turns the phone into practically useless, unless you turn off the sensor at all.

the bright of lcd is average becuse have light sensor
but the lcd is clear
it have bright setting low to high but not help
in power light the bright of lcd is great but in average light not great
final bright of lcd is about good

is the revolution of hundres from nokia ever going to end? 36,65,65c now 6600. please lets not go to thousands... i like the concept but nokia needs to bring in some new flava. in with the new out with trash...

I want to ask all who have this fone,plz is the screen clear,i heard that it is not bright,it is dark no matter how you will put the screen setting.they say that the brightness is bad cuz it is OLED screen and not TFT.so plz plz help me and answer me.I want this fone so much.thank you.
