i need more information about nokia6610
can we upgard!!i need camera function..
The shape is quite nice.
nice to hold , nice to see, nice to touch, but costs how much?
Nice design, small, generally good.Features are exactly the same with Nokia 7210 except some details, not very expensive.Good choice to buy it.
This fone is great, about 8/10 though there are some dissapointments like low memory capacity and the inability to play the radio thru handsfree speaker w/out the headset. And no cable supplied too in the package. keypad are not too intuitive but will do.
nice phone indeed. True, the tones are not loud enough, an the vibration is too soft.
@Bala, you do not depend only to GPRS/WAP for games. It's easy as 1,2,3 to install games via cable or infrared using the Nokia software. I am using it with my laptop and it rocks. Never want a phone without IR again.
About the vertical lines: more or less, they exist all the times. I have noticed that in some conditions they become more obvious (I was in the subway once), but usually they are not very noticeable / anoying. Not in my case.
A great thing is that you can use covers (with keyboards ofc) for 7210 and 7250. This way, you never get bored with how your phone looks ;)
ehz.....i wan to get this phone...haha but hor.....the tones hor.....very the horrible lorz....haha....i m toking broken english which (cock)hahahaha
Very good phone. However, the ringtones are not loud enough, even at maximum power. But apparently, it depends from a model to another. Is it possible to set up the speaker?
Amazon is selling 6610's for only $100 USD with new subscriptions to tmobile. It shoudl drop to that level soon, it's only been in the USA for a couple of months, selling at ~150.
Decent phone, easy to use, small size, easy to take with you, unlike the 3650.. WHOA NELLY!
This phone has helped me in my journey through life. At times it is poignant, and at others, jittery. Sometimes it makes me feel like I am the more versatile of the two. Life goes on though. For some.
do all n6610 have problems of display like moving vertical lines on the screen.
I have had the 3210 and then the panasonic gd92 and the nokia 3310. I have the 6610 now and its a definite improvement over the earlier black-n white models by nokia. The plus points are the colour screen, text message memory(75), FM radio(not present in the 6100),long battery life, polyphonic tones. The minuses are the lights do not flash when receiving a call from a caller assigned in your groups, the green call key and number 1 key are too closely placed, the 4way scroll is practically useless, no voice dialling, no composer, only 2 games(Nokia, why do you want us to depend on WAP/GPRS for downloading games? How about preloading more games and increasing the memory pool in the phone?). Also how about live call timer during call session to let us know how much time has elapsed while talking? Panasonic has this facility in its phones.
The price you mentioned includes a contract with the operator or do they sell it sim free? In that last case, it's a real bargain. If not, it's a common price throughout Europe...
When can we expect a huger fall in the price for that mobile? For its age and compared with newer similary models in terms of performance like Siemens M55, it appears to be a bit too expensive (250-300€, sim free). I hope that 6220 will be launch on the market as soon as possible, so that older models like 6610 or 6100 become more affordable.
In Canary Islands(Spain), Amena (operator) offer it in 155€ (less than 150 dollars)..
