hey guys.. nokia 6630 is one of the best symbian ph nokia have ever produce.
its true
i have use n90,n70 and 6680 but i still love 6630, becoz its speed,performance,network,sound,service,capability of customization,compare with n70 i only feel the difference of camera resolution and a bit louder audio speaker, but all are the same.
plz buy 6630. i think u never forget ur experience with this.its durable,compact,and so good..

This phone looks great, but doesn't have much features as the Noka 6260 ( which I would also like ) but atleast this phone has 3g technology and 1.3mp cam. I'd rather get a 3g phone for use in Japan and the Philippines. The Cingular company is gay where I live (california) because there should be 3g service by now.

This is a nice phone, no doubt about that. But recently I have a problem with that memory card came with it. It is 64MB. One day a msg came "Database Corrupted". Thereafter, memory card isn`t working. Now I have phone memory & sim memory only. Any solution? or any opinion? I don`t have internet connection to my phone.

ey guys about picture quality
for the nokia 6630 with high firmware versions
version 5 and up
it seems that when taking Pics when the pic is previewed (picture that is seen after taking the picture)the pictures are grainy and a bit dirty (lots of noises) compared to the 6630 with older/lower firmware version (version 4 and below)
but if you try to access the pictures again via the gallery or the image manager you'll see that the grainy picture that you took(which were grainy/noisy/dirty) in the previewed image
is now clearer
nicer
and has the quality of a true megapixel camera!!!
so dont worry if you took a grainy picture, try to access them again via the image gallery or manager and you'll see that the pictures taken are actually very good and is greatly improved over what was initially shown after taking the picture
the advantage that the newer firmware has is that it has no camera lag at all ^_^
very good for voyeur peeking!!! hehehehe

Hi Guys i own this phone for abt 6 mnths and am glad that i got such a fantastic phone. I have seen in many sites and magazines that the set supports 65K screen but when i compared it to the 6680, N70,etc i was amazed that there was no difference in its screen and a 262K screen. After using the phone i got to see many phones like N70, 6680, 6600, 3230, 7710,etc and i like this set since it has the same functions and options as that of given above. I installed Oggplayer and Smartmovie and it worked wonderfully and the sound qaulity of the bundled headphone is very good. Guys if u would want a good and budget set go for it and beleieve me u will not be ashamed when u will use it in front of your friends.

i jus bought 6630 here in malaysia..ap set only ,blue color with UMTS TIM label on the cover ( italian company brand).. the thing later i realized the skinny fonts of the phone (not like the typical nokia fonts in mostly their mobile phones).. so i jas wandering if anyone know how to change the fonts to the bold bigger one..??? plezz..help me,i dun wan to regret of buying this phone..
another one i jas realized the video camera is dissapointing..cz not so clear even..n if u choose for max 1hour taking,the result of video will like stopping for every second..!!! could anyone help me plez... thanx..

i am not a guy who has a high request on mobile phone. i love N6630's look,just like a calabash. haha! anyway, it supports card slot.owning 1.3 mega pixels. great! i like it. in Chinese mainland, it just costs Rmb 1500 around USD180.

The application's name is Nokia 6630 music player. It will be in the 6th or 7th page. It is a useful apps and definately get you in love with your phone once again. 6630 rocks ya it rocks. . . .

i got that smart phone from a month....
everything s cooooooool BUT ,
i got v6.03.08
the photo quality is very bad man ( I DONT USE DIGITAL ZOOOOM )
i dont know why???.... the pics look grainy & dusty even in daylight :(:(
oh final words this fone is a real smart thing but only the camera i ddint like ( my past 7610 captured better pics)
