i did wot u sed n rang o2 today n was again told my phone wud be despatched shortly, a month ago i was totally buzzin waitin for this phone to b released but now im just not bothered any more bcoz of o2
well me brother got his last friday and im trying to put ringtones on and its saying file not supported and its aac file which it claims its supports, but the mp3 one i have i can use it as a ringtone strange
hey guys isnt there any radio on this phone? and an other thing can we put a 1000kg card in it?
yeah i ordered mine on the 4th of july with o2 online and its coming tomorrow, i would call them tommorow to see whats happing mate
@ molly i know that o2 had a back log cos they had over ordered and didnt have enough in stock
i need some help, i ordered my 6680 on the 5th july, got told it was on its way and wud b here in 7-10 days, i rang on 13th just to query my order and discovered it hadnt been sent yet and wud be sent on friday 15th, i rang on friday just to check and i was told its out of stock and i shud ring back at 7 (the lines shut at 6!) i then emailed o2 online, recieved an acknowledgement but stil no actual reply, so i rang again and was told o2 wud contact me on monday, nobody did so i rang them and was told my order was processed on next day delivery yet still no phone, barin in mind my friend ordered his after me on the same day and got his on the 8th.
Still will not let me have a aac file as a ringtone not happy bunny, does anyone know how to change aac to mp3 on the nokia suite, mine is coming tomorrow and if i cant have real songs for ringtones then i will send it back and carry on with my 7610
@ claire its the only time ive had a problem and i must phone them every week
i must be lucky cause have 2 with o2 online and 2 with o2 direct and i have had no prblems at all with there customer service
got the phone but forgot to send new 3g sim mmmmm but nice phone just downloaded some new themes for it as the o2 one is a bit blue lol
@ paul, i've had problems all the way through my contract! spoke to 3 different people today telling me different things! hopefully i'll be able to get a 6680!
@ sarah your not wrong there i experienced my first problem two days ago with online contract customer services three calls to same number first two were pointless as the person i spoke to on the second call redirected me to offline (fool) first call i got hung up on before i had chance to say anything not bad tho to say ive had my contract 13 months
