I have one made in 2009 and i bought in august and i haven't had any problems with the soft or the music player ... I listen at least 30 minutes of music in my headphones every day !
Even the battery is pretty good ,it lasts about 3 days.

the nokia service is pathetic.. the phone needs a software update every three months..
they assure u warranty if u dont use memory card and bluetooth then why have they provided the service..

i have this phone a new version of 7210 supernova there are new 3 colors but mine i choose graphite but after one year i got problem on this model my music player errors show the message when opening not enough memory!! argghhh
