I like the nokia 7250i , especially it`s design.The only thing I regret is that I can`t send or receice ringing tones or images via infrared....

i need help about the infra red...WHERE THE HELL IS IT? I tried turning the mobile all round but i acn t see where the infra red is .pls help 10x

The night mode from the camera is realy ok, because you can take one photo with, and one without, night mode in low light environment, and THEN you can see the difference.
With PC suite you can do allmost everything through your irda connected to your PC.
I can say the phone is OK, and the design i s really nice!

okay, fine, u say it's marvelous, a masterpiece, the best... well, i say otherwise... this is a classic example of how looks could be decieving..! and it is so,,, to the hilt! i've this mobile for a year now, have i had enough money, i would have upgraded or changed it to a better model (i only like nokia... i'm comfy with it)... the 7250i is dissapointing in features like the camera (unclear image, night mode sucks!), connectivity (bt-none, infrared- good as none). there are moments when my phone just totally locks (for no reason), when you actually did'nt do anything to it. stylish, yeah... but i suggest you go out and check the other models... me..? like i have a choice...

I haven't specified that I am able to conect to the computer trough irda and transfer the agenda, pictures, sounds .... but I cannot use the phone to download the e-mails and conect to the internet. I have spoken with the operator and he told me that the service is active he gived me by e-mail the setings but still not working.

Please tell me how can I use the phone as a modem. I have instaled Nokia Photosuit but I cannot conect. I have a laptop and when I want to use the phone to download my e-mails.

My comment about this phone is that its infrared is not very strong in recieving some informations such as ringtones from other phones.

The phone is brilliant! Very nice design, much better than any SE, and acording the size of the phone the camera resolution is OK.
Anyone who said that he got problems with this phone, MUST be an unlucky Sony Ericsson owner!!! ;))))

the cam is not tht bad. its pretty ok. you can judge by the specs given here. the VGA cams have better resolution than CIF. you want the least expensive cam phone right ? well the 3220 is an excellent bet i'd say. it's almost the same price as the 7250i. only slightly more expensive here in my country. but it has ALOT of features PLUS video recording of short clips.nokia cam phones hardly get any cheaper than this phone mate. and for this price the best cam phone would be the 3220.

what do you really want to transfer using infra red ? you cant transfer images or ringtones with the infra red on this phone mate. :( thts a bit disappointing i know. you can only transfer calendar notes and stuff. you need a data cable to get them to your PC if thts wht you want. but just email it to your account and then download it. tht does the job too i guess.

please i wannna know the best nokia camera phone. i thought the 7250i was the best, but from other's opnions it seems it has a bad resolution from the camera. please just tell me the best nokia phone with very good resolution along with the least cost. i will be most grateful if urgent reply is given to my request. thank.

hey saffa it's on the top left hand side corner... it's not a hole as such. but if you read the manual you'll know where it is. it's that square little area next to the hole where the strap would go.

Im using it for 1 year. Alsoo camera is very bad, no bluetooth or mp3 or video playing. But its keypad is more useful than 6230 also if you want to a phone not a toy 7250 is verry well. I like it; It always made me feel comforty thanks to nokia
