It was love at first sight! *blissful sigh*
This piece of art is meant for the fashion concious with the right blend of bling and understaded elegance, business and pleasure. Its not a practical phone, just a fashion accessory, the same way u'd compare ur usual handbag to an evening clutch bag.
Its worth every penny, and u'll realize it from the pleasure u draw from ppl going all googly-eyed and gushing over it :D
btw, I thought i was the only one having trouble with the battery. It really needs to be charged all the time. But then again, who expects it to be practical :)
I was so in love with the 7280.....but somehow never bought it.....and this time when I saw the 7380.....I was awestruck.....its such a piece of art....despite all the negative opinions about it......I AM DYING TO OWN ONE!!!:D
Too bad. I really wanted that phone at first.. But to bad.. Its hard to msg.. Nevermind. I hope they release a better 7380 with keypad.
oh my god, this phone is the best phone i have ever had its so good i bought 20 of them so if one brakes i have another spare. It doesn't matter that the battery life only lasts for 1 hour and that it dont have a camera bluetooth or a phone book. i carry all 20 of them with me in my hand bag so they can last all day, and i have a matching gold address book and polaroid camera so who needs a phone that does everything just buy this its so bad its good
for the ppl that have this phone, does the picture of the photo caller id actually take up the entire screen or not? cause if it only takes up a lil corner, that would be pretty hard to c.. wouldnt it?
This updated version of the 7280 is not worth buying. Nokia seems to be concentrating more on looks than functionality with this new range of phones. Read more here
i wanna know how much memory this phone has...here it says that it has 52 MEGA BITES...but on www.nokia.com it sais that it has only 5 ... :-s
the first time i saw this phone i fell in love with it!so i got it straight away.i loved it for the first week or so because it looked so cool, but then i started to notice the down sides of the phone such as the mirror would reflaect in day light so u could not even see the screen.so in the end i sold it for £50.i was gutted but glad to get rid.
There's a review of this phone... interesting! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zb_cGG1S_UE
THis phone was the phone I really wanted and I 've got it now. I bought the phone in July this year and I already had enough of it because the battery is low all the time, you need to fully charge everyday!!!
If you want a great advise:
" DON'T BUY IT!!!"
i have been trying to figure out how this phone is used. wheres the screen, how do you call people, because i dont see any numbers on it? and is it a good buy?
it's coolll!! who cares about camera or it functions....? this is a great piece of art....
it has predictive text but letter by letter. you use the scroll thingy like ipod and thats how u search for letter and push the enter button in the middle of the scrolly thingy to pick the letter. easy. i love this and the nokia 7280. i love that no one knows how to use it so that i can be one of kind =)
i need help from people who are using this phone. i have just repaired my phone and they have changed the leather part behind my phone. however i found out that the leather feels harder and different from the one i had.i feel that ive been cheated by nokia care centre. have anyone encountered this before? please let me know. thanks
It uses a scroll mechanism. You scroll to the letter that you want to use and click
