friends , you can now access Gmail on your 7710 by downloading and runnning operamini browser . You might have to change your network service providers though because some of them will not let you run operamini as i discovered. Otherwise the inability to access gmail was my only black spot on this fine phone till I found a way around it. The music player is great and the camera is too good for just a one meagapixel camera. As a whole its a phone worth investing in.

my husband use to used this handphone before. its very useless. not a user friendly. very hard to understand the way of using this phone. advicing u all not to buy this phone. its not good. the application is totally s u c k !

the internet table/tablet, nokia 770 is considered the latest version of the nokia 7710 model.It is however not able to make phone calls

THE BEST PHONE EVER!
I've had three phones and after each one I went back to this phone.
Widescreen = awesomeness.
Just get a 3gp converter and it is great for watching movies on it.
Touchscreen, all the apps...
All the best for this phone, the only thing is that it might be a bit slow in case you have lots on it - like a gig.
DOES ANYONE KNOW WHETHER THERE A NEW PHONE SIMILAR TO THIS? MAIL ME...

In my openion it is the best phone Nokia has ever produced for that price range. It has every thing you can expect from a mobile phone or a PDA.

Hello there!
my problem is, when I'm using a travel charge, it won't charge. But when I take out the battery and charge with a desktop charger (that's what they call it on the store were I bought it) it will charge. Is anybody out there seems to know what is the problem with my 7710, thank you in advance.

PBL, most troubles are related to old firmware. If you happen to get one with an old FW, just have it updated at a Nokia servicepoint. Should be free service.
To check, just open the phone dialer and key in "*#0000#". That displays version information. Current version is 4.x something.
Also, check the battery is making good contact and check if the pop-port plug on the headset is still good. Seems to be a weak point on the headset. After a lot of plugging and unplugging it gets worn and might disconnect occasionally.

Hi all, I really want to get this phone but I've read some reviews which says that its not so good.. alot of your reviews says its great so I'd just like to say thanx to all of you.. another thing i'm worried about is where to get a new 7710.. has production stopped? if so where do i get a new one? and if i get a 2nd hand how would i know if there would be problems with it? please help me out thanx^^

o all to satisfy your needs, no need to download smart movie or whatever, 7710 can play dvd movies in full screen by using 1 of its available software. just visit 4ever7710.googlepages.com. In my 7710 right now i have, die hard 4, fantastic 4 II, star wars,etc... sounds great? only 7710 can deliver. thank you!!!

hey guys my name is rocky i am crazy about the mobile but when i purchase this mobile now i dont want any mobile bez what exactly ur looking 4 in mobile trust u will never get the mobile like 7710 it out of mind when ever i show this mobile to my friends they ask from where u have brougth this not my friend everyone who see this mobil it got large screen and touch screen that attract to everyone i am using this 7710 from past 2.5 yrs and happy and happy with mobile no problems i have been find

this is the first phone i m using for more than 8 months in my life. i have this phone from last 2 years and still not feeling anyother phone can takeover as per as this phone fulfills my needs. the most fetures those attract me are real large screen plus touchpad, attract any person's eyes. everyone starts seeing it with "wat the hell u got it from ?" i m fully satisfied with this phone.

For all the ppl with self turn-off problem: fix the battery inside the phone with a piece of paper or something simillar, so the battery will stay well fixed there, and the phone will not turn off anymore.

i have 7710 and i love this bhone so much because it have all any one need but unfortunately it have the problem of turned off it self and restart and finally did not turn on again . i am traying to rebair it for the last mounth and still
i go to buy a new phone but i still can't find any bhone like my 7710
