join the admin_7710 at yahoo groups you can see some links in thier on how to play with your avi. i used to have same problem b4, i used the latte converter u can find this in the group, hope this will help you solve ur prob.

dear frnds i have purchased a new nokia 7710 on day before yesterday n i have installed smartmovie in it and after installing i am trying to play any AVi file unfortunatly there are not playing i got a error mess that screen is too big not play so can any body help me out how can play AVI files and which file can play in it send me mail on my address-faheem_khilji1@yahoo.com

this phone is good but it can be better if have a wlan,1.3 mp camera,mp3 ringtones....

I am sorry... i cant help you there. and No you cannor Delete Icons from Toolbar. Not in this firmware version at least.(I have 4.01)

hi, can 7710 play flash files (*.swf) smoothly?
I ask this because i have heared that because of relatively low processor speed, movies are not displayed fast and smooth enough, true ?

hi evelyn. that is not my problem. i can see toolbar but there is no date in the toolbar. when i select desk-->display-->toolbar, i can see toolbar but there is no date icon in the toolbar. have u got some idea? is there any way i can remove icons from toolbar??

I've been using this phone since April 2005, its a good phone(although its quite bulky)especially the ''cut and paste'' function..but too bad..this phone doesnt have night mode and the camera cannot zoom more than 2 times..its a waste..but what to do.. sigh..

To see te date/time goto Desktop => Click Desk (Menu) => Click Display => Toolbar
It'll only show time. But you can click on it to view date.

its very good mobile phone but if its has wirles lan and stronger camera for example 3 mega pixle is very better

when ever i use my nokia 7710 as a modem with my computer after 30-40mins it restarts it self disconnecting the net can any body help?I got it format last week.
