It was a hardware malfunction. Now screen is working during call. But have problem with GPS. And this is frustrating. Do not of should change this phone or what.

My Nokia 7.2 doesn't vibrate while it's calling. It vibrates in other cases but not for calling. Please help me to solve this problem if you know how to do that. (I think it is a software bug!)

Got the new Nov/Dec security update for my Nokia 7.2
It's big at 1.64gb.
A warning incase you hit same problem as me, make sure you back up all on your SD card as the update wiped all from my SD card.
I can't see any changes at all in this update so surprising so big.

At first I thought it was Netflix ....then the mirror device...I used it on the Samsung and it worked so I figured it is the Nokia phone. There are more issues with it that I hope they fix or add on. I like the phone but it lacks the great features that we like so much. I buy a phone like this just for those features ...otherwise
I might as well get the cheap crappy phones just to make calls and texts. Companies need to start thinking about people's interest and not so much manipulation. I

I have been using the Nokia 7.2 for over a year now. I bought it shortly after its release last year. I have enjoyed it very much until now. It has good battery life, good quality pictures. Memory is superb.
However, since five days ago, when I make voice calls, the screen goes black and unreactive. I can't even end the call when I want to. It's so frustrating 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. If you want to change to speaker phone, it's impossible. I cannot just see anything
Please do something about it fast. It's making the phone unuseable

Have nokia 7.2 about a week ago for now and i can strongly Recommend it
nokia still can offer a premium experience
just a way better quality in every aspect than competitors at the same price
Remember u don't buy a specification sheet ,the real experience is the only way to judge
Very very fast and smooth in ordinary use ,switching programs ,games pubg at high graghics and high frame rates without a single frame drop
Android one definetly is the fruit of android world
Camera is so good with real colours and the camera app is so fast
Its lcd is hilariously premium . u can compare it to flagships amoleds.
For me nokia smartphones now is the hidden jewelery in a one big market full of fake products

You had some bad luck, it does not mean all devices are bad. But well, you lost your trust, i did not. All members of my family have nokia and none has gone bad. Even devices from 2017. I am talking about more then 7 devices now from nokia 5 to nokia 9 pureview. And all of them are older then 1 year, besides 7.2 and 6.2 that were bought somehwere in july.

You could just skip the card and try without it. As for memory full, has nothing to do with the device storage, but with it's RAM memory. This error is almost for sure.because of the sd card you inserted.

But hey, if you are tight on budget why did you bought a 300$ phone when you could buy a 100 xiaomi? This is not a budget device. So now, that we know you're another liar, let me tell you something. This device barrely has any flaws. It just works. The only time it gets worst in time is when.installing draggy apps, not really tested apps (like virus or tracking ones) or just crappy apps all together. Those can cause problems on any android or ios devices, not just nokia. The remedy to that would be to stop installing crapp.

Decided to try this because I like budget phones. Nokia has made a truly disappointing phone. I'm almost at 1 year mark. Freezes all the time, uselessly slow, it seems like it can't handle any app consistently (esp. apps that use the camera). It kept getting worse with time. The amount of times I had to force restart the phone. I would have smashed the phone into pieces already if I wasn't so poor. Overall a very frustrating phone. I do not recommend anyone getting this even if you're tight on budget. I don't usually make reviews but I had to for this to save anyone.

Constant... moreI've experienced these camera freezes on my 6.2 at least once a month. Android 10 really messed up some aspects of my phone at the start but now it's running smoothly again. Hope Nokia starts to recognize these problems and try to find solutions.

I used GPS Essential Apps to seen the status of the satellite connection, However when I put it in the flight mode the GPS can be connected. This is something weird with the software
