Carol, 06 Aug 2020I used Nokia Android devices since 2017 and none faild till today, and here i am talking me, m... moreNokia officially acknowledged their manufacturing defects but it was a little too late as many had run out of warranty. Service centres here had customers queued up for exact same problems yet it sometimes showed up even after getting repaired. Their recent software builds are causing reboot loops since months. Youtube is filled with charging port diy tutorials which aren't as simple. B''t ??

I have been using this nokia 7.2 very smooth to use for a long time, no issue at all. but there are a lot of comments that the cellphone is defective that the comment might just be slandered to discredit this cellphone.

I am now sure that current hmd phones by nokia are nothing but cheap overpriced crap. I had two phones. Both of them were marred with charging issues, reboot issues and what not. Poorly designed and made like chinese phones. Even chinese phones are now sturdy and offer value for money. But nokia won't last a year. I won't be surprised if it's dead anytime soon. Wasted my money!

touch freeze in a middle of a game even i reset the phone still the same im soo very disappointed i wish i could bring it back to the store where i brought it my nokia 6.1 is doing well i regret buying this phone

Update on battery life:
I've been using this phone for 4 months now, still no hangs, whatsoever...
Data is on from 8:00 till 16:00 (nonstop) as I work and I use it for instagram/photo editing later in the day. I charge it every other day. I know people with phones armed with bigger batteries who complain about charging their phones every day, maybe twice a day. So all in all, it's a matter of personal use.

Not buy this phone..... It is not good for using and it make hang and lost too much charges... so no one buy this phone

The worst phone I ever had. Despite it has Android One in it. Its performance is so poor that it even lags when swiping the settings from the top. I had and old Xiaomi A1 with Android One on board, it is 4 y.o. phone and its performance despite having (1 GB Ram) is just great. I received it as a corporate phone, completely new and I was exited about it. Well, after a month of usage its just completely terrible and disappointing. Who cares if You have 48mpx if Your camera algorithms are that poor? Its just non-sense to buy this phone. Please if You consider buying this "piece of art" go for twice cheaper Xiaomi and I bet You will be impressed how the price-performance ration works there.
Nokia please stop producing phones, Your age has gone long time ago!
Pros: nice design
Congs: every piece of this phone is disaster (camera, stupid lags of UI, long boot time, etc. - this is just a scam phone), I am so angry about this, and just for You to say that It is just me using it incorrectly, my coworker got same phone and he has exactly what I do without even having any games or some proper load installed.

Unbelivebly premium feal to it, you don't know the price of this one not by looking at it, neither by using it.
Great call quallity. Everybody can here me very good and i hear them very good as well. Before this, i had samsung s7, this one just puts s7 to shame when it comes to call quallity.
Superb color accuracy at the screen, it feals like you look at an amoled. The border between LCD's and Amoleds gets thiner and thiner, and this device is the proof.
Camera was not that great at the beginning but after the last updates it crushes everything in this price range.
Their were some glitches with android 10 now is way more stable. But well, i am to expect this as new Software will almost always glich, even apple who thinks about it self it is the greatest. So, no pressure on HMD here, as android is not quite theirs and not quite as sturdy as IOS or the now abandoned Windows Phone. It needs more work tough.
The battery takes me through almost 2 days, with normal usage. Calling, music, Social, Browsing. No games. Camera and games can eat a lot of battery. Also bluetooth connections.
Overall this device has good performance (i owe the 6GB RAM 128 GB storage version), great looks and overall quality for the money. It's cpu might be older but it ain't showing, and since their awaits another 2 years of updates, it will always feel fresh. Do i recomand it? Of course!!!
Well, if you do not expect flagship performance and understand you did not pay 1200$, then this is a great for the money. If you're a drama queen, then better buy a flagship.
