Loved my old 6.2, still do because I went back to using it after a few weeks with this 7.2. Rubbish phone, Home button doesn't work (loads of comments about this online so it's not just me), would sell it but don't want to pass my problems onto someone else!

the front camera on my phone is disabled by Android 11.😀😀😀, I got the same problem!
I recommend you to reset the phone and reinitialise it with another Google phone or iPhone. It will work, 😀😀😀

I had the opportunity to update to android 11, but I didn't have the internet data to download it.
Now I'm trying to update, but I'm getting a "Your system is update to date"
Is there anything I can do to get the update? I'm still on December 2021 system update

Received the Android 11 update. Only two issues so far that I have encountered.
1- when listening to a podcast ( from app ) the device will not screen lock if you have notification shade showing.
2- My Fitbit charge 2 ( understanding it's an old model )will not pair anymore with the phone.
Apart from these two issues , Android 11 has been working perfectly.
It took a long time to receive Android 11 so I don't hold much hope on getting Android 12 whenever it maybe officially released.

I have this phone since early 2020. Actually almost no regret, but yes there are some flaws especially in the hardware and software. Since Android 9, the screen often randomly freeze. I notice it's not software problem, if you give a bit pressure it will work temporary. Lock screen and unlock it to solve it for a while but will randomly happened again, especially after you open heavy load apps or sometimes social media too (I often had while opening Twitter). In Android 10 update, the camera sometimes randomly undetected (can't turn on flashlight too) (need a restart). And after Android 11 update, sometimes you can't charge your phone without restart it first or charging while the phone is off. But despite all that problems, actually this phone is a cool one. The front cam is great, the back cam is wonderful. Zeiss never disappoint me since Lumia era. Even it's just a SD660 and eMMC 5.1 but it's fast enough for daily use and some gaming use. The HDR screen is wonderful, watching videos and movies more contrast and clear, feels like watching in an AMOLED screen (jk, it's just a compliment). If Nokia treat the Android software better and get rid of those problems, I would recommend this phone to almost anyone I know. Oh also if you want fast software updates, prevent buying the Indian (DDVA/TA-1193) version. Even tho almost everything is the same, but if you want to install custom rom, or even manually install OTA update using recovery mode (cuz DDVA a bit late in delivering updates), the DDVA is a pain.
