The fact that useless comment like yours offend me, it is another part of the story, cause one is to cone here and dicuss the problems hmd might have and another is to come here bashing like an ignorant then prasing chinese brands. So stop acting like a saint, it ain't working. As for Nokia innovation, i am yet to see something usefull that others "innovated" and Nokia device did not have a long time ago. From GSM to wireless charging to nfc to great camera, and the list goes on and on and on. Now i know a lot of brands license Nokia technology to use on their devices, but that does not mean they invented it. First school yourself before commenting, i do not hate people, i hate their ignorance. Yes their are some small innovations, like camera pup and dual screen devices, hack let's say, the banding ones... but do their way of working changed, hardly? When Nokia innovated, their was always a change one wanted to try. As for hmd, well i am aware they are too small to innovate and just blend in, but they blend in well, and that is why i consider bashing comments nothing but propaganda. Which actually it is.

I suggest you ignore Carol like i did becuse he/she just another die hard fanboy who refuses to use his/her common sense.
Just look at how offended he/she was when i said something about his/her favorite brand even though what i said was based on facts.
But he/she has no problem with Nokia fans making fake statements about Chinese brands just to give an excuse for their beloved brand.
Maybe they are not aware that a lot of features in Nokia phones is not Nokia technology.
With a 10W charger, it would be dead slow in charging and the battery capacity wont last for even a complete single day.
Anonymous, 27 Nov 2019What kind of innovation did nokia make? Every single company is stealing from others not only ... moreOn past there is a tons of Innovations nokia made just search on internet.
First GSM Phone call was made from a nokia phone you know?
Nokia have acquired bell laboratories where all innovations occurred.
Even Nokia mobile is trying to innovate things by partnerships since they don't have enough budget to innovate but still they are trying
Nokia 9 Camera setup is innovative and from the past not even a dual camera phone have worked together. Nokia 9 Camera with its raw capabilities can capture 64 MP to 240 MP output with its innovative technology(from light.co) to capture highest details from a phone even with a low sensor 12MP camera as compared to the recent sensor size of 25MP to 48 MP image sensors.
Nokia 9 is hated only due to its Camera software which HMD Global need a good software based algorithm to capture the same details from auto mode but apart from this its hardware setup is still innovative.
But people who knows how to capture RAW photos with Nokia 9 PureView can still find a lot of difference from its competitors.
Thats why Nokia 9 Pureview when launched they said its for Camera Enthusiast and its not released for general public who captures in auto mode.
nazzeem, 27 Nov 2019I spoke to Vodacom now and they say they do not support the dual SIM option. wtfSo let me guess, you bought it from Cellucity, then asked Vodakom for information? Just asking cause it makes no sense. This model comes with dual sim or single sim , depending on preferences. You got the single SIM one. You need to be more specific when you buy a product, so the seller can tell you if they have what you want, or not. Go back, tell them that you want the dual sim variant, if they do not have it, search for it in another place.

Collected my 7.2 yesterday from Cellucity. I`m trying to determine if the device is supposed to be dual SIM? The SIM tray have space for the SD Card and 2 SIM, but the 1 SIM hole is blocked off and the placeholder cannot be removed. On the bos the model is TA-181. Where can I check?
I ordered a Nokia 7.2 from Vodacom. I received the device via courier, however I later realised that there were some imperfections (wrinkles) in the screen. I contacted Vodacom who said that they will only be able to help me later this week, and I will need to reapply for the phone next week. You cannot take a defective product to a Vodacom shop either apparently. I found the call centre agents extremely rude, and ineffective. This deal was made by the Vodacom retention department, as I wanted to cancel my contracts, now I most definitely will be. DON'T ORDER FROM VODACOM ONLINE, AND DON'T BOTHER WITH THE NOKIA 7.2.
need feedback. my unit's not getting accurate gps location. compared it with my nokia 3 and got different result. my 3 got probably got about a meter accurate while the 7.2 is about tens of meters off. anyone's 7.2 are that way? just asking around before i head to service..

That still does not give you or anyone else the right to come here clueless and bash Nokia or other brands. If your are s enough to pay as...les for their cloned products then do it for yourself, stop bragging about it like it is something anyone should do. Some of us actually respect innovation and companies that have done it or are still pushing forward even with the invasion of cheap disposables coming from China this days. If you had a company and some random boat-manufacturer would have stolen your ideas and innovation, made them cheaper and push you out of the market because of cheap ignorant's, you would not have been so happy as you are now, while using them clones, ain't it?

Yes Motorola Mobility is owned by Chinese company Lenovo but about 16 Motorola phones and 1 Lenovo Tablet meets Google Android Enterprise Recommended requirements.
And you wrong about Samsung phones because none of them is good enough to meets Google Android Enterprise Recommended requirements, so Motorola phones is still safer than Samsung phones.
Until I write this comment there are about 116 Android Enterprise Recomended devices, go to the link below if you want to see the full list.

I have no problem with anyone who like or prefer Nokia phones but don't even try to deny the facts that Chinese brands provide us with better phones for every need and at lower price.

Both Motorola One Vision and Action also enterprise recomended phones and you need stop lying about Nokia phones is the highest enterprise recomended phone.
You check the full list in here.

I think you are the one who clueless about the SAR value of my phone let's do a comparison with Nokia phone that released in the same year and has similar chipset Nokia 6.1 Plus.
https://m.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=9120&idPhone2=9178
Oh btw my Redmi Note 5 also already on november security patch while Nokia 6.1 Plus still on october security patch.
Is there any other excuses for your beloved brand?
Did you see the latest report? It seems even europeans starting to leave Nokia for Chinese and Korean brands.

Google gets our data is correct but they don't sell our data to any third party like your chinese phones which you never care about.
Google gets our data just to improve their apps.
The incredible informative apps/services like Google search and Google Maps are made up of those data but your chinese phones usually sells your data to third party which youneven don't know who they are. Do you? No never.
Thats qhy Nokia phones are still safe and they are highest android enterprise recommended phones that is the reason.
I bet you don't even know the SAR values for your phones. Just search on the internet your xiaomi phones have the highest SAR value and they topped the list and Nokia and Samsung phones are having lowest SAR values on their phones thats the commitment and difference between brand like Nokia and your chinese phones.
Thats why branded phones are important to my life and Nokia is still affordable brand.
Nokia never earns money from stupid things by running third party bloatwares on your phones which consumes your battery and stealing your data.
One point why do you come here to make silly comment even before understanding what is the vision of Nokia phones?
You chinese phone users came here like a keyboard warrior and will never understand the brand Nokia but can see only specs.
Tell me if your phone is giving you highest specs on midrange will they run like a flagship?
Those millisecond difference matters you most?
For me the overall experience matters.
My Nokia 6 2017 with sd430 still runs smooth on Android 9 pie and still getting most of the features that current phones are getting.
I can install Google Camera 7.0 on my Nokia 6 almost 3 year old phone and now i got Google assistant ambient mode.
Last but not the least my battery is still running smooth which i have problems with my previous phones.
Thats why the nokia slogan works "Its keep getting better"
Anonymous, 23 Nov 2019Well nokia is chinese nowWell where did you get the info? Lol
