Many forums and even official Nokia forum were blasted by users that have this problem. The solution is only downgrade to Android 10, or, wait for a new fix from Nokia :)

This is the worst smartphone I've ever had. It's only a year old and already the battery life is really short. I have to charge it at least twice a day. Camera focus is often dreadful and pictures end up blurry. Phone freezes and crashes often. It also sometimes shuts down at night whenever it feels like even though there's battery left. Phone heats up awfully much when charging. Some sort of ghost images of apps I've used are burnt on the screen. I will never ever buy a Nokia smartphone again. What a waste of money, c. 270 € for this piece of junk.

I use this phone since 8 December 2019 and is a very good phone, i recomend it.

the phone is slow and the worst is the fingerprint reader that only works occasionally - do not recommend

After upgrade to Android 11:
* Custom APN is broken - you cannot configure and save a new profile
* Bluetooth often turns off by itself and often becomes unresponsive

Very nice phone. I got a G10 the other day as well. Thinking of replacing the 7.2 with a G20, but don't have a reason to yet. Does anyone know when we getting Android 11 for the 7.2 in South Africa?

After an update like this the software need a bit of time to seetle. Configs need to be done, they all work in background. Look at installed apps. They might surpise you how often are junk that cause device problems.

I love the phone even though it comes with a small battery 3500mah which I bought a power bank specifically to tackle the low capacity of the battery,everythings works perfectly for me except it over heats after prolonged use,the ram 6g ram makes the phone work faster,graphics is awesome same as 48mp camera.

Complete waste
There is some issues when i updated to android 10
1. Game control freeze
2. Shadows of other apps
I reported this complaints but i dont get any solutions
At last i updated to android 11 😂😂😂(issues are still remaining )
Now i got some other issues touches not properly working (screen scroll)
hiding option is freezing
Charging issues
Battery draining fastly
So guys i am going to by another smartphones now i believe chainese smartphones are better
Dont believe nokia once upon a time they were the biggest but now its like Garbage's.

Android 11 came in a couple of days ago. The "screen off" battery usage went from 0.8%/h before update to 4%/h after the update. Now phone does not last a day even when not used. Nokia/HMD makes junk. Never buy Nokia phones.

after the update, the camera does not work the photo function and also does not show the front camera, in general, the phone freezes often

I live in D... moreI could not find a peep out of HMD concerning the Android 11 update for the 7.2, so I ran out of patience waiting for it about a week and a half ago. I loved the phones when Nokia manufactured them directly and even when Microsoft bought them out. But the screen had two cracks in it, the touch screen wasn't working properly and I was worried that HMD was dropping the ball, so I went out and bought a Pixel 6 Pro. I hope HMD proves me wrong, but for now I have instant access to 5 years worth of updates, thanks to Google (So, see you in 5 years HMD).

Any update depends on market device sold. Mass sales better support.
