I dont know why some people are passing false statements about this phone. But let me tell you guys that this phone looks and feels premium, obviously if you use it like animals it will lead it to crack... The software of the phone never hangs its Sooo smooth. I use SD CARD as well and there is no issue in that as well. I also play games on this device and never found it to be laggy or any other issue... The sound quality is great and it feels like a original sound from an original source... Either the people here are Nokia haters or either they never used Nokia 7.2 that is why they are complaining with false statements... Recently I saw an opinion of a person saying this phone's camera is equal to 2MP.. Like seriously? This phone has great cameras on front and back... Rear camera is not even comparable to any other cheap phone's camera.. Its quality is just awesome... Same apply for front as well.. Its ZEISS OPTICS, people who are passing negative comments should at least keep this in their mind that how stupid they are considered.. ZEISS OPTICS Lens is used in DSLR and u guys are calling it cheap? Enough of lies..

I mean, there are actually ATP molecules being wasted daily for this...

The frame just cracked spontaneously around the headphone jack. I thought that composite thing Nokia advertised is tough and durable.
This is a phone that just looks nice. interior parts are probably made of cheap low-grade materials.

Audio quality on this phone is awful. When you play music with low volume (or in the more quiet parts of music) there is some sort of gating effect. Really weird.
Also voice recording quality is pretty bad too. I'm not sure Nokia is working on it but after upgrading to Android 10, all voice messages (whatsapp and instagram) are wheezy and hissy.
I installed GCam (cause you know, default camera sucks at rendering fine detail / color accuracy). Stock cam is advertised with OZO audio recording, but video sounds are gargly and weird.

Updated to 10 without any issue even performs better its already supee fast in daily use the the best android one ......the battery gave me from 9 to 10 hours screen on time if i didn't play games and charges 70 percent in one hour.

Like poco x3 nfc which is much cheaper. Or you can try look for redmi 9T or get redmi 10T redmi 9T was realesed in 2019 but has flagship 2019 processor for around this phone price if u know where to look. Redmi 10T is more expensive but is newer and has latest chip. Pls dont buy this phone snapdragon 660 for this price is a damn scam. If u dont need that much performance and want a chip similar to this go for redmi 8 or realme 3 pro both has snapdragon 665 and is half the price of this phone.

For reference you can search on Nokia forum there are alot of complain about it.

I chose the Nokia 7.2 because it's an AndroidOne phone and because I was curious about the Samsung GM1 primary camera sensor.
My previous phone also was an AndroidOne, made for developing markets, and I have great experiences with this platform. The build-quality of the Nokia is mostly fine, but it does come with hardware peculiarities: in my case with a proximity sensor that doesn't work well when I am making calls with it. The touchscreen doesn't switch off and this causes it to break off calls or suddenly switch off the microphone when I hold the phone too close to my face. This is the primary reason I would not recommend this phone.
The software-upgrade from the Android 9 Pie version to Q (version 10) was a really painful process and being an intensive user I think battery life isn't so great either. That said, the phone is responsive and comes with a fantastic amount of storage (I own the version with 6GB RAM, 128GB internal which can be extended with another 512GB).
The stock camera software is acceptable, but is overdoing image sharpening and doesn't deliver great results at night or in low light conditions. The 8MP wide angle lens is a gimmick, not really up to making great photos. The primary Samsung GM1 camera sensor shines and delivers great quality photos with a sideloaded version of GCam software, so this entire smartphone would likely deliver a far better user-experience if it also came with Google camera software installed.
I have now used the Nokia 7.2 for a year and it has been an interesting ride. My previous AndroidOne lasted for three years and I am curious to see if this one can match that.

You don't even have a confirmation ... moreI was a Xiaomi user and indeed is a crap. waste 2 phones for $500. shit software, only win cheap and performance, durability is so weak asf. got dropped once, its dead totaled. and I am a caring guy. now I'm using Moto (supported by China) and I suffering a lot. not hate, but just from my experience

Nokia has a great optimization bet hardware and software .......my nokia 7.2 has surpriced me for about a month now so fast and smooth in heavy use oppening so many apps and some games in the same time and switching bet them so smoothly like i use a flagship .......android one is the best ......beside the screen is so so premiun in colours and view angles and use in sun light so relieving for human eyes for long term use .it is a premium screen here......material quality is also premium it is a solid phone its a nokia.........it just needs to have a stereo speaker that would make it perfect but ovrall the speaker is good and loud for ordinary use
