I am not going to buy Nokia until then remain with IPS display. Most of the Nokia phones are overrated. Can buy more durable xiaomi with better specifications within same budget

You might not be having the "restart" issue, but many people, including me are facing that issue. Because of this, I had to switch to LineageOS.
Similarly, this device had a problem with charging port, which I never faced.
Great to hear that at least someone is satisfied with his Nokia.

And as I said in my latest comment, HMD's cost cutting measures are compromising quality a lot. From 6000 aluminium to aluminium to polycarbonate composite in 2017, 2018 and 2019 respectively. So, definitely 2017's lineup of Nokias were better than the next generation of Nokias.

Ever... moreFirstly, the 2017 lineup of HMD was better than that of 2018 one in terms of almost everything, except 7 Plus. That 6000 series aluminium never made a return. Similarly, in 2019, they didn't even used an aluminium body on 6.2 or 7.2
Same is the case of software. My software was extremely unstable. Many users of 6.1 Plus experienced the same problem. Even the phone used to lag a lot. And the famous charging port problem was also there, especially with 5.1 Plus and 6.1 Plus

My Nokia 6 2017 is still running smooth. Don't think all Nokia phones are like that.
My phone with sd430 is still running smooth on Android 9 and my phone is 3.5+ years old now i have dropped it many times. I can still run Google camera apk and my camera is still capable to click good photos thats the power of software updates and security patches which resolves issues a lot but right now updates are stopped.

I have fall down many times still its working fine.
I still like to send screenshots for my 3000 mah battery usage to my friend that last for 1 day and some times more than that even while using bluetooth headset and callings in lockdown and WFH.

It's been 3 years ONLY since the first batch of new Nokias (6,5,3 and 8) were launched. If they had got ""#1 in security patches.....""", for past 2 years, then kindly keep in mind that support life of their first batch of smartphones ended THIS year only.
So, all those "awards" were given on the basis of 2 years of performance ONLY.

Why you people start lying just to win an argument.
Yes security patches have been there every month till now, but what about all those bugs, which must be fixed but are not addressed by HMD?
Your smartphone is trash until you address its issues. Kindly check Nokia's forum. They full of people reporting bugs and issues. Yet there is no one to address them. No brand can succeed if they push whatever they got from Google without optimizing. AND NOKIA'S SOFTWARE IS NOT AT ALL OPTIMIZED.
