hi all, for those who want to connect a 2.5 external HDD to 808, you need to buy a i-don't-know-how-to-call USB cable http://www.popelectronics.nl/images/T/usbykabel-01.jpg. connect the single pin to another USB port (for power supply e.g laptop, LCD usb, or 220v ~ to 5v usb adapter like the charger of some modern phones) the double USB pin is connected to the 808 and the mini-usb port is connected to HDD (formated in FAT32 or IT-WONT-WORK).
If you have trouble playing mkv or mp4 files, remember that it's maximum ref-frames is 8 for 720p, and 3 for 1080p (google H 264 CABAC for more info). mind that number when download from internet sources, or only the audio is played).

You enter facebook through browser (on a pc). go to settings. The nicked wheel from top right corner, near homebutton and friends . Then enter account settings. In the left panel you will have something like: General, below security and so on. At the apps tab you will find your app whith whom you enter facebook. Just delete the app then restart your browser and try again. Other ideas i don't have...

Eventhough it has grea... moreNo image stabilization.It does have video stabilization which is software based and does pretty good work.Image stabilization is the only feature i wish this phone had like lumia 920 which has OIS.So far blurring has not been a problem for me as daylight photos turn out to be fantastic and in low light i make sure to hold phone still minimizing shake or just turn on the flash.

I'm a Disqus user too and I can't read/post on GSMArena Blog or AllAboutSymbian from Opera Mini, so I just save it for later and do it on my PC instead of re-loading with another browser. Strangely, during the last 2-3 days it actually loaded Disqus comments on a few pages, but only a couple of times. I hope Opera finds a way to fix it as I can post comments on most other pages.

Is this have Image stabilization or video stabilization? or N8 has it? Eventhough it has great features in camera and not having this feature...most of the pictures will come blur while we take on the move.

Many fp1 nice features like gallery and mkv file play were left out on fp2.Thr only way to play mkv videos is to convert to another format.Dolby audio is supported but only when headphones are connected.

Hey Carol,
Can you help me about facebook sharing on gallery?
Now it's working anymore. When I share photo on facebook then I click the facebook logo the circle loads and then nothings happen. Just going back to the photos, though I no problems on twitter and youtube sharing.
Hard Reset, Soft Reset, Re-install FW already done but no change. Hope you can help me! Thanks!

Anonymous, 28 May 2013Good day, guys. I can buy me an 808 now since I got the money now to get a brand new phone. My... moremostly the first batches had that problem, phones bought until june/july 2012, I had the same concern a few months ago but it works fine and from what I've seen the problem can be fixed. I guess it's also a matter of a little luck:) but the phone is just great. Good day:)
