AnonD-65020, 31 Jan 2013hey carol hru doing,have you used theme trublack v3.1 by ind190 its awsome looking theme just fyi,,,Hey, i don't like the icons used in that theme. I am still on meego by blade. Until now, i didn't find other better for me, minding the fact that i love deep blak used in MeeGo. There is an interesting theme called Canis Majoris: by Chirag. It is nice, and black, but need some updates. Maybe later will be better... Now i stay with my precious MeeGo:P

AnonD-21464, 31 Jan 2013Yes, my black 808 has 3G bug. but I think it should be fixable by FW updateAs far as I know,3G bug is fixed by Replacing a capacitor which should be done by nokia care. Anyway have you taken your phone to any nokia care point? Anybody in India have fixed this bug?

I have this phone, i can say that photos and sounds are very good oh and maps also. Internet browsing is slow, but maby i should change my browser. I like that i can record calls, just open microphone when speaking to someone - very useful when u need directions or too tired to remember the important stuff when in a talk. Too bad that they gave up on symbian os.

But Skype does not support video calling on Symbian. Only voice calling and chat. Anyway, the front camera works, it is not a bug or a problem with it. Just that the fp2 took out the option to use it with the default camera software(i have no clue why).

probably the last nokia symbian mobile.. symbian was the most handy os on phones.. now take iphone and android to have problems and pay apps to send photo with bluetooth.. xa xa :-P

Iam going to purchase 808. I have an urgent query about the 3G bug. While searching the internet, I suspect the White colour version is having the 3G bug more frequently and in black version it is rare. Please reply anybody with black version have 3g bug?

Guys iam a proud owner of 2 808 pv....such a amazing fone...I love it foe all the awesome things it does....brillant at everything.....if u ppl r confused between 808 and 920.....simple decide wat r yr needs in a fone....if u want best camera awesome hardware....hdmi.usb otg and many more get 808....if u like windows with fresh new os then 920 is very very good device. ....hopefully my main fone will always be 808....I use bb 9900 fr bbm and all my gaming and all on my note 2....but none of these fone can ever become my main fone.....808 rocks and how...and battery life and put bband note to shame ttogether. ... ;)

gjj, 30 Jan 2013I want to buy this phone but os is already dead:( but i like to have a very good camera phone.... moredon't worry about the OS, it does the job pretty well-I don't get this "dead" thing(it's not like all the million phones using Symbian will stop working at the exact time), or for example look at it this way, VW Golf announced the 7th series and although golf 6 won't be produced anymore you will still find new ones until the stocks end and maybe quite good offers. Now, if there is a new generation of engines in the 7th(I really don't know that for sure but just assume:)) would this stop you from buying a brand new 6 Golf if you wanted one?...bottom line, you won't find a better camera in a phone if this is what you look for the most in one

The OS is called dead, cause this phone will be the last one to run it. The last of the symbian army. There will be no other son's, grandson's, grangrand son's:) you get the picture, to take it's kingdom further. But nobody said it will not be supported anymore. Cause will be! And will be supported at least until 2016, i expect a 2020 with old symbian still selling. Just a suspicion of mine. Now, if you want a good camera and allot of new apps, go for 920... If you want a great camera with not so many apps and a uniq device, go for 808.

Were you able to buy a phone with such camera 2 or three years ago??? Come on!! You just have nothing to say and I don't think you own one.. You're just jealous!! :)
