Buy this before it gone.. this is the last symbian phone from Nokia.. You will reget it. All Nokia phone will be WP os.

I submitted my 808 twice, they returned me after flushing the firmware.
I email them including that URL of Nokia UL site. Nokia Care people even not aware about HSPA. So I bring them my phone as hanged & asked them to replace it.
Finally they give me replacement in Black color, my previous one was white.
And this one is not creating any problem yet... I'm using it HSPA enabled...
So this issue is not with every piece it specific to some 808. So do the same submit yr 808 as hanged asked them for replacement, after that email them with the detailed of issue.

While searching the intern... moreI'm now testing my white 808 with the speed of 7,2 Mbps (I think it's around 3,5G - 3,7G). Luckily I don't experience any bug. The connection is good and the browsing with Nokia Browser is quite fast. No problem at all.
There are some reports, however, about 3G bug. Some people points out the "capacitor". But I'm not sure about it, since my white 808 works well on 3,5G.
Anyway if you really experience the 3G bug, just bring your phone to Nokia care center and show them the print out from this hyperlink:

But nobody knows about it and I had to explain them what is the problem and the Recommended solution(The Capacitor replace). Sadly they are saying nobody else has come before with this problem. They told "you bring the phone and we will check" . I don't know whether these people will fix it.
I think normally people dont use 3G so unaware of the 3G Bug and Care centre receives no compliant.
Sometimes they will simply recommend to use the 3G without HSPA which is utter RIDICULOUS. Anybody from India has fixed the 3G Bug? Pls comment.

I am still on meego by blade. Until now, i didn't find other better for me, minding the fact that i love deep blak used in MeeGo. There is an interesting theme called Canis Majoris: by Chirag. It is nice, and black, but need some updates. Maybe later will be better... Now i stay with my precious MeeGo:P
