I bought a Nokia 808 earlier this year and it's been great. I have to mention that I use a Lumia 930 as daily driver but when I switch my sim to this phone, it gives me all I need. Plus a superb camera experience.

The phone is fantastic I have all 3 of Nokia touch camera phones - N8, 808, Lumia 1020.
the 808 is very easy in use and the screen is great, although it hasn't a high ppi, the colours just pop out of the screen.
Basically this phone gives you all you need even now it's already considered an old phone. My advice is to buy yourself a present, and make yourself happy with the 808 PV.

I used it for 1 year from mid 2013 to mid 2014 then went to android and sold it. I still use android but as secondary use I bought it again as I miss it very much it's camera, speed and quality of os all great. Now it's cheap online.

Aadrian, 15 Aug 2015A comeback of Symbian would be nice...Yes. That means a further development and improvement of User Friendly, Battery Eficcient, Great Multi Tasking, and Mature OS. The Mother of all OSes, what a Great OS Symbian is...!

two days back i brought s5 i t totally disuppointed me
i take back my 808 from my locker. i got soundsleep. worst s5 . camera utterplop
for android experiance cyanogen os is goodenough.

I still use this camera phone. My experience : to get best picture i use to make photo from 6:30am to 8:30am or 4:30pm till 5:30pm (time in my country), the important point is : we know how to make photo.
Before i used nokia n8 almost one year . .but n808 is better and it is much better if Nokia upgrade it :)
I dropped it one time on the floor , fortunately it was no problem (even screen was ok too)
Thanks Nokia for your solid Camera Phone. I did not buy new smart phone yet but i use N808 as my primary phone & Galaxy tab S to be my secondary one.

I was doing research on digital cameras lately. This phone has the best camera that any phone has. The mega pixel rating is too high and useless but it's about the sensor. I think because people think higher megapixels are better, i Nokia decided people to promote the camera. If i knew back then what I know now, i would have bought the phone.
