Unfortunately, some people are taking 'care' of Nokia's image to be where it is right now. Bad publicity against Nokia you can see at every corner. Mass media is doing a very good job in bashing Nokia brand. People are very easy to manipulate, and Media has the key of words in it's locker. Also, some pay allot of money to put monopoly on the publicity in their favor. Nokia should have been always on top, but is not. After the new Lumia scandal, you can see that nokia is still under somebody's shue. That somebody is still scare of nokia, so is doing whatever 'he' can to bash Nokia brand. This Lumia, like any other nokia phone. Is a pice of art and intelligence not just a copycat system with some touchscreen. But... I never tought that 808 will not sell as it should. So i don't know what to say about Lumia. But, when they will put that'ashle' down. They will start to get their rightfull place on the market. Overall Lumia 920 will be a way better smartphone then any other from the market...

This isn't time for hide and seek.You should come out and bring the Lumia 920 and 820 as soon as possible to worlds'stage...
Apple disappointed world and even their fans this time.Take this as your key point before others.

Be carefull, if you hard format it, will lose some apps hard to get back. Ok, maybe nokia can install them without problems. But if you plan to update by your self, you can have some problems finding them. Photo/video editor are the most important of them...

Also, since you bought it, did you ... moremy phone is a second hand phone. i think the old user set my security code already because when i enter security code it shows error n may unlock in 5 times. perhaps i need hard reset by pressing keys because its no need code. thank for ur all help i wanna be ur friend! oh mat! are u also computer programmer?

Also, since you bought it, did you ever update it? Also, did you ever set you security code up? You can try this: enter settings\phone\phone management\security settings\phone and sim card\security code. See if it asks you for a new code. If it asks you, you're lucky, you can set a code(make shore you won't forget it:))) and then you can do the reset part. If not, there is no problem, you can tell them that you also forgot the security code and they will reset it for you.
