AnonD-2665, 24 Jun 2012true ! I like galaxy note but itz all cheap plastic, cant set diff. Wallpapers on every homesc... morethe icons are so cheap, the materials cheap, that's how samsung steals money from their customers, they make such phones that are just clones of other android or if not clones, scrap, because they patch up different ideas of different cmpanies, like putting their take on siri. android is a mess... i'm looking forward to a lumia pureview.
Where is the Android on this phone? Come on, such a great hardware and not even Symbian, but some new unpopular Belle OS, probably with +/- 3 apps on market. Not cool.
A 38 mega pixel camera with a display of only 360*640??? This means you can only enjoy the quality of your pictures after they have been printed, well done Nokia failed again!
AnonD-56331, 24 Jun 2012Actually it can support a 64GB card but the card has to be reformatted in a format Symbian sup... moreFat32 file up to 4GB...exFAT file over 4GB..so you should use exFAT for this phone.
AnonD-57661, 24 Jun 2012i like your post!!!! i totally AGREEEEE!!!!!! so why do we need 4 cores? when one core can do ... moretrue ! I like galaxy note but itz all cheap plastic, cant set diff. Wallpapers on every homescreen, very bad sound quality ! Ugly icons ! :D
Nokia 808 - Pure View has got 1.3Ghz CPU, a dedicated GPU and a special image processor. In
total it has 3 Cores for processing different tasks.
TheHunter, 22 Jun 2012Nokia USED to be the best mobile company in the world. I (Still) own an N81 8GB but that was 5... moreThe 808 is single core, dual CPU. 1 dedicated for the camera module.
30 seconds to process?
The Nokia 808 PureView may well be my last Symbian device ... but wat a Huraaaah of a device to close symbian with... Nokia I will always Love u!
khien17, 24 Jun 2012 Card slot microSD, up to 32 GB n0t 48GB Y0ur f0olActually it can support a 64GB card but the card has to be reformatted in a format Symbian supports(FAT32), for some reason NTFS is only allowed for internal memory.
AnonD-60353, 23 Jun 2012Nokia is saying it supports memory card up to 48GP not 32GP Card slot microSD, up to 32 GB n0t 48GB Y0ur f0ol
AnonD-49204, 23 Jun 2012N8? we'll talking bout 808 why u bring in N8 for? being the typical sammy fandroid rofl rig... morei like your post!!!! i totally AGREEEEE!!!!!! so why do we need 4 cores? when one core can do as smoothly as those four? and do u know what cores are? most people think that there are four processors, but hell NO! thre's only one processor but four cores doing the math! so for android, they need four cores to run such a cheap looking os. (have you seen the menus? black background? the icons? so cheap, the belle icons and iphone icons are high end)so android fanboys, find a strong argument and well see if we can defend ourselves, but for now, android is still just an ios copier and a big fat slow, battery junker!
gsmarena please add that It support exFAT file system.meaning files that are over 4GB..Marvellous..
Shameless nokia.Escaping from the real tournament they are producing Digital camera,See where Samsung was five years ago now where are they. They are producing handset with their own interest not the interest of customer.
Good news: Micro sdxc 64 GB (exFat) work on Nokia 808, so you can download file or movie more than 4 GB size on that micro sd
All people who used to bash at nokia r silenced by this monster. Its not because nokia uses high quality hardware nor the legendary symbian, its the combination of both to create PRACTICALITY of a mobile phone...
