Guys iam a pround owner of 808 PV white color..the fone is awesome...built quality is top...camera best in the world....the belle sofware is way faster and better than my N8...iam very happy with the fone...well today software update small update of 700kb...it said improvements...i love the dispaly sharp and crip...Nokia rocks...Now i own,808 PV,N8,galaxy Note and bb 9900...808 rocks..will keep u guys updated...

You can't get a new Nokia N8 for less than $400, a second hand SE Satio is still around $200, so the price of this one is quite justified. Cameraphones hold their value better than others so they are worth spending a little more.

after nearly a weeks use I can only say.what a great phone.marvellous picture and the screen is excellent both indoors and especially outdoors.so no need to worry about that.

Rowel, 20 Jun 2012When will this monster reach the philippine shore?Already available but not yet on display (not sure why though). Nokia store in Bonifacio High Street has it on stock (black and red, according to the salesperson); retails for Php 29,500.

i announce proudly that the 808 with 3g open all day and camera used for stills and videos and whatsapp and skype running all day.. i go to bed with aroun 40% remaining from the battery
Amazing.. i used to charge my S2 twice daily with standard battery

Nokia 808 is like no other mobile phone currently available on the market, soon to be released or one that has been available in the past when it comes to the image sensor and the optics used. There have been in the past many cases of phones including some Nokia ones that had cameras more advanced or of higher resolution than their competition. This time around Nokia chose to go extreme and use a 41 MP image sensor and at least in theory leave the competition as far behind as possible. In all honesty in most aspects of its operation and performance Nokia 808 is very different and better than most other smartphones in the photography department. Most of the time and especially when using the camera in the PureView mode Nokia 808 manages to take pictures far better than most if not all other mobile phones available on the market.

...oh, wait, I forgot that its screen resolution is only 360x640 and It wouldn't play a 720p video anyway. Silly me.

This phone arent compare with gs3
this is excellent camera.
