Hi, i am planning to buy this phone. But wanted to know if Google Maps & Fring will work on it or not. Coz both these apps do not work on the Belle OS whereas they used to work fine on the Anna OS. Someone pls do reply. Thanks.

they're inviting all computer manufacturers including Lenovo, Dell, Acer, Asus, Sammy etc......

This phone is great, taking v.good picture. The battery life on this phone is GREAT. It was fully charged yesterday morning and still has over 50% left this morning that's including 3g data on all the time, email and facebook update regularly, browsing the internet taking photos (20+), messaging, what's app and of course phone call (10+),no gaming though. That is impressive. No lag. I do own samsung galaxy note, usually run out of juice by end of the day (with gaming). Don't install those battery monitor in your phone, somehow they drain your battery more. I do have Nokia E7 as well with 3g on all the time, the battery will drain by end of the day (with battery monitor). If money no problem do get this phone. Don't worry about it is not an android (im android's fan) or ios. In the end it is up to what you want and not by popularity of others.

mkv flv avi mp4 rmvb
and all played well ... even a 1080p mkv movie played magnificent on HDMI cable to FullHD LCD display in real 1080p quality :-)

better ask how about a 3D render with raytrace with 1million poligons, or encoding a fullHD movie
it's a smartphone man... you go and buy a 8-core phone and play 3FPS games (if the OS supports the 8-cores, talk, render, download and whatever you wanna do )

Just got my 808 today for $568... I was shocked that it just came out and is already so cheap. I have the N8 and wanted the next great camera phone from nokia. It came with a gorillapod tripod, which is cool. No HDMI cable and uses micro-HDMI instead of mini-HDMI like the N8... so no HDMI output for me as I didnt use it on N8 at all.

Sound volume isn't that high ., same as n8 or a tad higher all video formats plays well even the rmvb , didn't tried flv till now.
