All of the specs presented here are almost perfect for an ideal camera smartphone. Many people I know would be willing to invest for this gadget at ANY cost. But the thing here is that there is a question of durability; we think this phone is made out of cheap plastic case just like in the N97. It would be better if it is made of aluminum, titanium, or stainless steel for a great total complete package for a hot leading camera smartphone!
AnonD-48077, 27 Mar 2012and were i can get that adobe 10.1 ?no adobe flash support
mega, 27 Mar 2012that mobile also u can watch youtube videos in web that mobile support for adobe flash player 10.1and were i can get that adobe 10.1 ?
I don't understand why Nokia doesn't put a full flash in their browsers. They have good cpus and gpus in these latest models and still they only put flash light. Flash light doesn't allow you to play flash videos outside youtube. It is realy shame. I would gladly buy Nokia 701 if it's browser only had a full flash. You can't even download skyfire for symbian:( So I gotta go for Android in the same pricerange.
AnonD-45490, 27 Mar 2012I think it is time to let go my N8... cant wait to put my hands on this monster!!! =DBut who knows? May Apple paid Globe for that stunt with the president. lol..
I am hoping that I get this before May.. ahaha
Those other phones may have the same processor line, but maybe they have different models? And also probably the 808 maybe has a different model.
The 808 announced in MWC was only a prototype, so it is a huge possibility that the final product will not be the same as the prototype. It may be clocked at 1.3GHz right now, but who knows? Maybe it is a 1.5 or 1.6GHz processor, or even a dual-core one...
But I sincerely hope that this one gets WiFi direct, support for NTFS/exFAT, ability to map network drives and fully customizable camera settings (including exactly which directory to save the photos to). Also better codecs that support Hi10p... This may be pushing it a bit too much, but 60fps for 1080p and 720p recording would be cool. Though I won't mind 60fps for only 720p.
nokia 6700 is the best mobile phone ever made. i was in moscow and i saw very rich people using this device with no problem. even in the era of androids, cpu speeds, big screens, nokia 6700 remains the best choice. nokia 808 is from the same immortal league of hystorical mobiles, wich only nokia know how to make. samsung galaxy s and s2 are the only two non-nokia devices wich can be compared with the success of the impressive time line of nokia.
nokia remains even in these tough times the best and the most serious. their hardware is so so fine and their after sales support in terms of service and updates is miles away from korean kitsch. for example nokia n91, n81, n96 were super strong in headphones audio output, with superb audioboards, but they didn't say anything about this aspect. even nokia 2700,2730, cheap budget mobiles are miles away from any korean kitsch

I agree. But if he does got his before May 2012 that will be a different story. =)
Philippine politics went overseas... =)
Anyway, the first report i read, pureview will be shipped with belle fp1. And it will be better if it came out with fp2. We dont have to upgrade it.
By the way, Nokia N8, 701, E7, X7 have the same processor (ARM11). And pure view will come out with the same processor but clocked at 1.3ghz that lead me to ask:
Why nokia didn't enhanced the speed of N8 and other nokia devices with similar processors (to, say 1ghz)?
If they had done that 2 years ago with N8, maybe, just maybe, N8 is still selling hot today.
41 mp is a big camera and I can view and make 1080 pixels full hd video.when it will launch

KAPILL, 26 Mar 2012i need a phone not a camerathen get yourself a Nokia 3310....its a phone and not a camera....but most of us need a phone with a camera, a good one for that matter..
I hope there will be a Feature Pack (FP) or firmware update that will allow the camera to capture images in RAW format; then it would be a true compact digital camera and camcorder replacement. (I hope they have it in the work right now)
Nokia Pureview technology + Nokia rich recording+ Carl Zeiss Optics -- awesome. 41 mp sensor in a phone?? wow ! Only Nokia can do such incredible things. I am sure no other smartphone can beat this superior camera in the next three years.(except nokia phones). Once again the king prove that they are leader in terms of camera.
I think it is time to let go my N8... cant wait to put my hands on this monster!!! =D
