I am going to check out this...because the very expensive profi camera's are reaching that number of 41 MB. ( Hasselblad...Mamyia etc..Price over 20.000 euros...hahahaha!

I see you are ALSO planning to use this for watching anime on the go... Nice!... moren8 currently supports subs for .Avi files. as for the subs file cant remember if its .sub or .srt, one of them doesnt work? I tried it myself when the update said it now supports subs, pre Anna i think. You just need to rename the subtitle file same as the movie file and in the same folder.
havent tried the mkv subs yet though.

N8 did support MKV but with external subtitles. Hopefully this one has better codecs that support soft-subbed MKVs.

for all those people that though nokia copied android.,
let me set somthing straight...
android copied maemo years ago, and they got the pull down bar from maemo n900....
way before android...
so android are the reall copies there...........

besides if they really killed symbian they would loose a heack of customers and sales too...

gsmarena didnt put it in there spec sheet!
and the phone will have divx/xvid support out of the box......

Camera is very good I will say best available till date but should have been bundled with a best flash as well as a double of battery..

N8 that has about half of that processing power, runs fast enough. It will most likely run faster and smoother than Sgs2, cause Android is a too heavy OS.

Nokia 808 got the best new device award of MWC 2012. Samsung and Apple didn't even unveil their supposedly flasgship models at the MWC. IMO, they were afraid of Nokia's new smartphone.

Wonder if there will be a homebrew port of Meego for this device... One could only dream. but eventually transforming Symbian into Meego would have been oh just so promising for nokia.
Lets be optimistic. ( I highly doubt nokia want to stick with Blue Screen of Death os on their beautiful HW for long)
