Raptor, 01 Mar 2012thanks for replying, but i still think they should had worked somehow to put Windows in it rat... moreHello. Actually what nokia has done with their new phone is right. Using oversampling method to get greater clarity because CMOS sensor is much much weaker than the sensor used in DSLR camera. So in order to get a dslr quality pics with cmos sensor, the only way is to capture with highest resolution possible and try to get as much light as possible, then the GPU, the algorithm and the processor will be able to process the picture with much much less noise and more natural colours.

Symbian is so dead that in fact does the same thing that IOS or android is doing with twice bigger CPU. It's so dead that Nokia still gave a new Belle update on many Nokia phones. And the symbian still is most sold OS worldwide. Oh, and I bet you don't mind chargind your Android every day ! And all the Android updates means that there are no problems at all. Use a Symbian before talking about it. It is not much better or worse that any other OS. It has all the essential apps as IOS and Android. But if you want games or stupid music videos... be smart and get a laptop , not another OS! It is an endless war, you ignorants !

[deleted post]I think GPU info is not quite fitted for this phone, as its purpose is most likely for photography ;)
but still they should show something about GPU

this is a tremendous tremendous break through for symbian.now surely android must be jealous of this.

my 1st impression on understanding the device? good work GSMArena! wow Nokia you are indeed back in game and will beat everybody... was this feeling permanent? not really!

these are things which were easily noticeable, hence easily commented:
                                    1) looks: definitely not premium... if Nokia calls it N8 successor, then the looks dept. should have given it similar looks if not better... my opinion? it sucks! Red is interesting though!
                                    2) screen resolution? what is Nokia thinking?
                                    3) battery? what is Nokia thinking?
                                    4) Call management > Contacts > Detailed contact information... if it is the same as the one on Belle, then sorry boss, even my Samsung E2232 DUOS has better management of contacts and call log features (where can you find up to 7 features under Call Logs?)
                                    5) no camera shutter?

should i go for N9 or 808... ummmm... thinking...
