ok. I will now loyal to symbian. I want a full HD recorder or even 720p...i was happy with inbox divx player of nokia helen.
I will buy belle device..
[deleted post]Although it can capture 38MP photos, nokia already told 808 PureView is world's most powerful 5MP snapper. Its also best at 8MP :) so if you want a true "Pure" photo taker, theres no excuse about 808 PureView. What to say about belle, its "Simply beautiful" Nobody should have any doubt about symbian's performance.
Cryptic, 28 Feb 2012While rewiewing the nokia 701, i came to know that ovi store has been changed, is it true. Sy... moreyes it is true. ovi store is now nokia store. Now many quality ea games like fifa 12, asphalt 6, .......and many more good and quality appc. Well nokia has truly revamped symbian via belle.
Shivam94, 28 Feb 2012you now spoke in a true and unbiased way. Hope you come back to symbian. Well I admit the maj... moreWhile rewiewing the nokia 701, i came to know that ovi store has been changed, is it true.
Symbian is good for multitasking and all the apps are not movable to sd card in android. Its more prone to hack and now i will go back to symbian
Cryptic, 28 Feb 2012Hey guys, sorry for abusing symbian. Classic remains classic...belle is nice.!! I i love nok... moreyou now spoke in a true and unbiased way. Hope you come back to symbian. Well I admit the major plus point of ios and android is and only is their no of apps. But still 100 quality apps are a lot better that 100000 apps out of which many are trash!
Hey guys, sorry for abusing symbian. Classic remains classic...belle is nice.!! I i love nokia internet speed
this is already the best camera phone in the world, congrats nokia, we expected something but not this big
Robert, 28 Feb 2012Symbian Belle can run on my N8 which has only 680 Mhz, so imagine how would perform on 1.3 Ghz... moreI am getting confused dude. I was a great fan of nokia symbian but after coming of android...i changed. They support a lots of games and apps. Let me go towards symbian again. If there would be more apps in symbian os, it would be a nice one. I admit that android is hungry
[deleted post]well, android will keep growing hungry for resources. If you give it a single core, it asks next for a dual one. When yu give it a dual core, you give it a quad core (which even some desktops don't have), then when you give it quad core, I think they will now ask for 6 cores. LOL. Keep adding cores to your device and finally say bah... i still have less memory. Give me more.... Come to symbian and see that how well it runs, it saves and optimises ram. Well those who say belle ui is laggy. Looks like you haven't seen your quad core htc one X . Lags like hell in comparison to belle. so specificaions ain't a measure of performance. It's how well you use the resources given to you.
[deleted post]Symbian Belle can run on my N8 which has only 680 Mhz, so imagine how would perform on 1.3 Ghz. If you are running for Ghz and cores and memory, can you please tell me for what you need all this power? Just for show off, don't you?
Moy, 28 Feb 2012Well said bro...Thanks mate!
It seems to me that for them, mostly droid users, it is no longer a debate, it is a war of platforms and OS's and phones.
for android fanboys...please post a comment that really make sense because nokia phone's always have everything in it..not like others
Nokia has a good camera. I like the exneon flash light.. Good in freezing action.. Unlike the iPhone 4s camera. Nokia pureview 808 is iPhone 4s and iPhone 5 killer.. By the way I'm using iPhone 4s and Nokia N8.
Alui, 28 Feb 2012Take out the camera and what's left? Nothing! BTW, I checked the unprocessed photos from the w... moreIt is a narrow depth of field compared to a dedicated camera, except the cheapest compact, but not compared to all other phones currently on production.
Regarding HDR, I bet you did not know that this phone has a dedicated processor for imaging and video only before the 1.3 mhz one get its turn. So, don't be that sure HDR will not be possible, but you are so quick to judge.
Alui, 28 Feb 2012Take out the camera and what's left? Nothing! BTW, I checked the unprocessed photos from the w... morewell, looks like android users never read properly. please have a look again @ my previous post. I just can't keep repeating things again. @arun. cost of n808 approx- rs 30000 cost of dslr- rs 1,00,000 upwards(a descent one). cost of iphone 4s - rs 40000 . cost of samsung s2 - rs 27000. After having a look at the costs, have a look @ which phone gives effeciency, 41mp camera, doesnot require dual core for it is functioning. the camera of any smaartphone on this earth is incomparable to n808. Well @ arun, looks like comparing it with a dslr worth > rs 1,00,000 is infact a great credit to nokia n808. Well, you can't make calls with your dslr, you can't browse your web with dslr, you can't play games with your dslr. So compare things which can be compared.
Anonymous, 28 Feb 2012Now this is another drawback handset from nokia. Its like a camera much rather than a phone. No ... moresorry to disapoint you! but for me,that´s all I want!
an excellent camara, a phone and a GPS in the same equipment!I dont need nothing else to travel!
this will be my phone for sure!!!
arun t, 28 Feb 2012I would like to point out one small issue to everyone who is astonished by the megapixel size ... moreMate, you are so obtuse and mean intended person. You begun reading something about imaging sensors and mega-pixels but what you got it all wrong. This phone has a sensor that you will never have in you compact camera. This is not a 4x3 mm sensor as you said, it is around 10.7x7.5 mm. Your dear droid would not dare to put such a sensor in their phones because they will lose their good-looking which is among the main important features of them. And tell me now what can your droid phone do and symbian belle cannot? Because otherwise I can tell and I would start with the camera where you are only playing catch-up.
