I LOVE this phone. had it for 4 years now. it was been dropped into a pool, into mud and into a cup of tea and is still working after some drying off. such a great durable light phone for a clumsy person like me. i just need a new cover but not many places are producing new covers for this nokia model.
GREAT PHONE GUYZ!!
I have the Nokia 8250 it is great I have had mine for almost 5 years; I just brought a new battery for it...
What I love the most is the size as I can take it any where and its small enough to wear around my neck and because of the size don't even remember it's there... And doesn’t hurt my neck or get in the way…
And I can't believe how easy it is to send SMS even though the buttons are small they aren't too small where you push 2 buttons at once... like the Panasonic GD55 very hard to write SMS
If anyone wants to buy one or is looking for housing or other things for their mobile check out www.ebay.com
~*~ I LOVE IT~*~
Since you guys said this phone is good to have, so I decided to buy it next month. ^_^
This phone is superb.I've owned it 3.5 years.
It never let me down. Now i'm using Z1010.and tthis phone 8250 will be one of the sweetest mmemory in my life.Good Job Nokia.Keep it ok.
I'll love this phone. Easy, tuff, stable, small and etc. When I buy on 2001 the price around RM1300++. I use 5 years, only 1 time change the battery but now already missing.
I've really love the phone.
why have u guys stopped manufacturing this phone ? pl sell it now at a much lower price as it an old piece but many people will still be intrested in buying it ...and instead of buying more pannels pl do come up with orginal colours specially the brighter the better
Very reliable indeed. Have this phone for over 3 years now and it never let me down. It even had been in the laundry once, but after drying it, it still works perfectly.
In an indian techonlogy magazine named digit i read that Nokia 8250 had a FM radio in it. But I didn't found it on my handset , if anybody knows how to listen to FM or wwhere to activate it ,pls post your reply here.
The 8250 is a great phone; very reliable. Mine's 3 years old, and still works perfectly. The only problem is that the silver paint is flaking off.
No fancy schmancy GPRS/Bluetooth/Polyphonic stuff, but who needs it? It's a phone, for Elvis' sake!
It is a very durable phone. Had it for 4 years and only now it's starting to cock up abit. Thank you nokia. =))
at the time when this hand set came out it was the best nokia handset, nopt only it was the same size as the 8210, but it also had composer, the with the electric blue light it looked really good on a night when it is ringing.
fine compared to the new handset of today it is not all that but of its time it was the best.
Hi I would like to get this handset. Can any one please help I am in UK it must be Simfree or on Orange.
I have been using this phone from last 2 years. I am sorry to say this one of the worst model of Nokia. I am repenting.
The Nokia 8250 is 5 years old alreadly. So are you only 5 years old? Anyway i agree with you that Nokia 8250 is the best & durable phone ever made.
I hope that Nokia company will launched new Nokia 8250i with colour screen, MP3, GPRS, fm radio, Bluetooth, video recording, EDGE and other great features.
I've had this phone since the day i was born. Believe me it is the most loyal firnd you can ever have. it never lets you down and come rain or sun it never fails to deliver. A must-have first phone for everyone.
love the design,i had one of these and i think its one of the best phones, even it does not have the new features like color screen.
This is the best phone in the world even though it doesn't have colour screen, polyphonics ringtones, camera, GPRS, Bluetooth, EDGE, fm radio or whatever. But it has the best design, sleek and elegant, small and gentle, easy to use, user-friendly and durable. I bought this nokia 8250 (second hand) for only RM100, trade-in with my nokia 3315. It has been 3 months now and it still function at its best performance. I love nokia 8250.
