it is not normal i have a 8310 and two of my friends got one and we have no problem i think that it is the place were you bought it that is a shit :))

Nokia 8310 is perfect phone with a lot of functions , radio , voice commands , gprs , great menu an so but I had problems with software and she kept on turning off and on so I exchanged her for another ond and same thing happened.

I dont think that 8310 is worth the price. People who have 8210 keep it or get better "8250".

some people compare the new color screen of 7650 with T68. but have u realised the 7650 is the 7110 series? so the 7650 could be the size of a PDA. if 7650 color screen is small then it should have been called nokia 8650. i guess nokia still don't have a small phone that can compete to T68 yet.
