Gorgeous looking phone. Its like having a Ferrari, a house in Beverley Hills or having a girlfriend like Ashwarya Rai.
hey people this phone is an absolute stinker. i have the nokia 8800 and i have had 2 replacements in the last month. you would think that a high end phone like this will not igve you problems but its just the opposite. its like having a ferrari which is in the owrkshop all the time. this phone stinks and so does nokia. their customer service is terrible!!!!!
first of all i need to thx nokia for finally upgraded 8800 into really a cool luxury gadget. it's a must for those perfectionist. too bad 2mp without larger internal memory, >.
This is really beautiful.U have really done a perfect job.No one can do it better then Nokia.U are will always be the father to all phones...clap clap clap.....
Sorry Nokia fans but Nokia changes lately only covers. Inside almost nothing. So, why do we need a steel cover???
i thought when nokia bought out another 8800 they would sort the poor battery life out unfortunatly this was not the case - so yet again i'm really disappointed with this phone.
battry life is awful! i wouldnt bother, thats unless you use your phone for more than 25 mins a month! im stuck with it now as over 14 days, great! not
i wanna mention again to those people who ask for memory card on this phone. Man have u guys wonder since when nokia had launched an 8 series phone with memory card? 8250? 8890?, 8850? 8855? 8910i? none.... and they can make it up to 1k on sale the minute the 8 series are out in the market. If u guys wan memory card, then go for N series... which N series does not launch without memory card?... U people should be glad enough that the sirocco is 2 megapixels, with radio along. even if this phone come without camera, i will still buy it..it'll be well appreciated in public. Always support nokia 8 seires.!!!! and sony e phones rockzzz...
i have had this phone and tested it its just like the first 8800 again no memory card... it also has the same usless bat life as the bfirst 8800 i think nokia are just trying to boos ratings as they are loosing out to samsung and sony ericsson id recomend the w950i much much better witha 4 gig internal memory and a slick touch screen
A nice phone for the wealthy, high class people who know how to appreciate.......unlike cheap looking Samsung phones for kids who love gadgets only.
How long are you getting on the battery life compared to the original 8800? and how is the earpiece volume? I always found the call volume a little quiet on the original 8800...
in todays' world we have a fight between Features vs. Style so you have to live with one of these and it can't be both together
as seen in my photos it also comes free with a stainless steel bluetooth headset, plus the battery life is much better when compared to the original 8800. i hae now got all the 8800's ,, the black 8800, the silver 8800, the grey limited edition 8800, and the official gold 8800, plus the official aston martin edition 8800. so iguess if you have got the money you will buy this. this phone is not sold as being feature rich but as FOR the RICH
PPL stop complaining about the features, this phone has excellent features compared to other luxury phones! I personally think that the phone is great and going to get one despite some of the flaws that it has like the battery, card slot, etc.
But seriously... where are u going to find such features in other luxury phone? Vertu, the topline luxury phone??? Don't think so!
Thanks a lot for those photos.
I went into shops to have a look at this handset. Haven't seen one yet. People still complaining how crap this phone is. Stop complaining people, we want the real thing. If you care about money so much and its value, you would all buy fake gucci, fake armani, nike, burberry, everything else. As I said, if you want the real deal, you have to pay the price.
the phone is great if you can afford it you will buy it. plus it is featured in the new james bond film,
heres some live photos of my sirocco edition 8800
