Ilham163, 25 Sep 2020thx carol for the adviceYou're welcome.
Mo, 25 Sep 2020Yeah that's right but if you buy 256/8 gb version of K30 5g it will cost half of Nokia 8.... moreWell,we all hope nokia does not "come bsck" the way you want to. That would be a hard shut in the foot of europe. To build crapp uppon crapp and call it good, is not quite what europe does.
Raz, 24 Sep 2020No card slot on Redmi or 512gb option is deal-breaker for meYeah that's right but if you buy 256/8 gb version of K30 5g it will cost half of Nokia 8.3
With this price you could buy Poco f2 pro with Amoled display, Snapdragon 865.
Nokia couldn't match with companies like Xiaomi if they put high price.
I Myself used many Nokia phone before and I hope Nokia make a comeback but with this price I don't think so.
This phone feels so 2018! Would have loved dual stereo speakers. And the plain old android. Quite overpriced not to mention!
Carol, 24 Sep 2020Then go for 5.1 plus if that huge notch does not bother you, better build quality, yeah the no... morethx carol for the advice
1080p 30fps only??? WTF ?? So whats the benefits of zeiss lens?? Very low quality display with 386ppi.. but price is still high!! No Refresh rate.. even 200 euro realme phone has more good resolution than nokia..
Ilham163, 24 Sep 2020they already did replace a new CEO. it's from finlandthat's great , they should give more rights to users by providing bootloader unlock keys

I don't know the price but I'm sure it can't be too aggressive
OnePlus Nord is a value for money champ. To survive in mid range Nokia should think differently . There are so many drawbacks in the phone
IPS LCD display (large) less ppi
Its like a slab it's 78mm wide how can a person can use with one hand worst ergonomics
No Compass, No GPS, No Gyroscope, No Magnetometer - just like all Nokia phones in 2020. End of interest.
Ilham163, 24 Sep 20205.3 is my target but I'm on a limited budget right now that below 150 euro. but my budget... moreThen go for 5.1 plus if that huge notch does not bother you, better build quality, yeah the notification led is missing and has a big notch, but the rest are better. Try to buy 6GB RAM. version if you find it and have enough in your pocket.
Carol, 24 Sep 2020And again, ignoring everything i say, but well, you managed to call me angry mindless fan. It ... moreI'm not ignoring what you say, it's just that what you say doesn't make any sense at all.
If you were really smart enough to expand your mindset you wouldn't keep on denying the fact that other phones use better components than Nokia in the same price range and keep saying nonsense.
You deny that OLED screen is better than LCD when there are many studies and comparisons by experts and using industry standard tools which prove that OLED still has much better color, contrast and response time.
For example Notebookcheck a website based in Germany reviewed Nokia 5.3 using a spectrophotometer and other industrial standard tools and it shows that the screen on Nokia 5.3 is not as good as OLED or even Chinese phone with LCD like Redmi Note 9S.
As i said before i have no problem if you only like Nokia but you keep talking nonsense and spreading wrong information.
If you think that the LCD screen on Nokia is as good as the OLED screen please provide us with reliable source of information that can be used as a reference instead of just keep saying nonsense without proof.

Ilham163, 24 Sep 2020thank you for your advice, but still, I'm refusing to buy Chinese phone brands because it... morenokia phones also have their flaws, i bought the nokia 8 shortly after it was released, so ive been using it for about 3 years now. battery life is pretty much trash now, i charge the phone multiple times a day, so yeh its a good idea to not buy a phone that has average battery life out of the box, and also, fast chargers will only help degrade the battery faster. the other main issue with nokia is software, you'd think the stock android implementation is like the pixel experience, clean and perfect, but its actually not, nokia barely put any effort into the software, therefore there are many features and optimizations missing, its basically a cheap way of implementing android on a phone. I personally have a problem with the display of my phone, it has a temporary screen burn-in effect, i think it would be considered similar to an image persistence effect, its not permanent so thats great ig. apps refresh way too often for me, the phone is dying on me, wifi has also been acting strange recently, the camera sometimes crashes and doesnt save the image. i also have my power button set to open the camera when its pressed twice, but its been opening it almost everytime i try to press the power button once. pretty annoying. the phone does feel slower, but i am a pretty heavy user, i expect it to perform its tasks in an instance. oh the phone also sometimes lags when i connect it to a charger. Still, flagship performance for just $450 at the time wasnt a bad deal, so ig it wasnt all that bad, but i wont be going for a nokia phone again, i mean, atleast chinese brands actually improve the experience on their phones. oh also, u shouldnt really care much about build quality if ur just going to keep the phone in a cover, so to me it doesnt matter much if the phone has good or average build quality.

Ilham163, 24 Sep 2020it might be impossible for me to buy this phone right now. but can someone help on which low e... moreP.s if you really have constrains in what money means and chinese brands offer something you might actually find good. You can keep yourself half way safe with an private dns filter and an on device kinda netblocker. With a dns filer you can block phones access to ip addresses. That means it can't connect to what you do not want it to connect, not because there is no internet, but because there is no resolved IP Address to connect to, with it you can also block ads inside apps. With the netblocker or so called firewall you can block access to internet per app. Their are more DNS filters, but the one i use is quite ok, not the fastest, but free and with great options. Nextdns, the app that blocks apps to reach internet out is called netguard. All of this is a bit complicated and takes a learning time to understand if you never read about networking, but when you understand how to properly use them, you are already 10 steps in front of most of the people. Keep in mind this soulution will not help for the fact that china device might have no support, especially the low costs ones, and might go "kaput" in a matter of Mounts.
