I am an elderly lady, have had my NA 201 for about 6 months. suddenly it will not pip pip when receiving sms's or whatsapp. what can I do please.... do I need to replace battery???....

this phone is the worst to freezes sometimes nd the storage space is very low. It won't let me download anything when before it did it doesn't even let use whatsapp easily. The only good thing about this phone is that is hardly uses any data and the battery lasts long

i was reinstalling my watsapp and i was filling in my detials and it was loading for me to get the code so that i can chat and i don`t know what happen all of a sudden everything changed on my phone to extend that if u press the internet it won`t come but if you press any other thing it will came so please help me this is my email derrickofori83@yahoo.com
